Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the operations manager of Sonet Global, a company that provides full IT service outsourcing for data centers and on-premise enterprise environments. We provide private server and applications hosting in the US, Europe, Asia, and Africa. We also provide automated connectivity from private to public cloud service across mainstream providers such as AWS and Google.


For what projects/services did your company hire The Growth Agency?

We needed help with purchasing FortiGate firewall devices in Brazil.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to procure these products locally.


How did you select this vendor?

I found them on Upwork. Fares (President, The Growth Agency) was more responsive and knowledgeable than the other candidates.

Describe the project in detail.

The Growth Agency found and coordinated with a local supplier in Brazil. Fares also communicated with our data center engineers and with our customers about shipment and delivery. Fares did it all from start to end, although he did get help from his colleagues when he was attended an important conference.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a one-person team.


Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project has been completed on time and within the budget.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was quite easy to work and communicate with Fares. One of his strongest skills is the ability to self-manage. Once we agreed on a course of action, we didn’t have to worry about anything anymore. He kept our project moving forward even though we were in different time zones.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It has been an honor to work with someone like Fares. He went above and beyond the task. I want to work with this vendor again.
