We partnered with Growin to increase our software development and systems operations capacity.

We wanted to ensure ongoing development and operations of our product and ensure we were able to scale in line with product development requirements.

We researched and compared many nearshore service providers in the UK, Spain, Greece, France and Portugal and after comparison of services, Growin came out on top in terms of talent acquisition, ongoing mentoring and training and their enthusiasm and experience in helping companies like us.

We have several software components in various languages so Growin helped us to resource in all areas and ensure that resource level stayed consistent with highly talented candidates.

What was the team composition?

We maintain a digital marketing automation SaaS product so the project involved all aspects of the cycle from development through QA and in to ongoing systems operations.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Many features have been successfully added to the platform over the last few years partnering with Growin.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The partnership with Growin feels more like a seamless extension of our own team. We are in frequent contact with many people to successfully co-ordinate on recruitment, reviews and account management.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have a very successful recruitment pipeline, resulting in a quick and easy process for scaling the team.
