How can my business partner and I increase our lead generation and ultimately acquire more customers without dedicating a lot of time to it? What are our options? Can it be automated?

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Referral from a friend we know here in Atlanta.

First they reviewed our marketing efforts from a long and short term perspective. What are our goals and what did we want to achieve? From there we looked at creating a website, using SEO and blog articles to drive leads as well as our options on social media. They helped us understand our growth levers for for digital marketing, the time commitment of each, the cost, and the expected amount of time before we would see results.

We want to reach out to a specific niche of customers and needed strategic advice on how to go about doing that. They explained how to create what they call a "growth engine" so it doesn't suck up a bunch of our time. Initial implementation will be on social media with future development of a forthcoming website. The website will be a future project. The good news is there is a lot we can do right now without spending a lot of money.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The owner was our direct point contact but he has several remote location workers that assisted in the process.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since we have just started we don't have measurable results yet but I'm happy to report once we have numbers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Great. Super easy to work with and the real estate background was helpful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The depth of knowledge of what can be done and the available tools to create marketing automation was mind blowing. Leveraging their background in startups, it's clear we have barely scratched the surface of what they can do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Knowledge in the space and flexibility were very important, we are too small to justify a full CMO so having Ben for just a fraction of full-time provided us the guidance we needed to begin a marketing strategy.

First he reviewed our website, paid advertising, and outreach efforts. Then he would take that and provide techniques as well as software to rely on for better analyzing our metrics and being able to make actionable change.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I have a much greater understanding of the first steps I need to take in marketing. I am an engineer, my cofounder is in hollywood, neither one of us particularly understood the world of marketing, and Ben is helping us learn all of that.

They had very effective, good, and concise meetings for knowledge transfer.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The leadership, Ben obviously has a ton of knowledge in this space and that shows as he breaks down the issues and solutions a company faces when marketing themself.

None that I am aware of.
