The scope of work for our project included addressing existing bugs, developing new features, and ensuring compatibility with the latest versions of iOS. To accomplish these objectives, our team collaborated closely with Got It Agency, providing precise project requirements, feedback on development progress, and timely resolution of issues as they arose. Key deliverables for this project included: the application was free of bugs and errors, providing a smooth user experience; the application included new features that enhanced its functionality; compatibility with the latest versions of iOS.

Our company is a start-up focussed on Advertising business. I am a technical architect and lead engineering manager at this company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Got It Agency?

We hired Got It Agency primarily for the web front end development using Angular. Later we expanded our partnership to Amazon Web Services work involving cognito, secrets, API Gateway and Lambda (Using node.js).

What were your goals for this project?

Our website would be used by people in marketing and we need the UI to be professional, flawless and clean looking. Our initial development work done by an individual developer we hired was very bad. We were interviewing agencies to fix it and choose got it for rewriting the website.

Got It agency has done excellent work on the intial features we have assigned to them. We have extended our partnership to an ongoing collaboration and later assigned all of our front end work to Got It agency. They have done an excellent job and helped us launch our application to beta customers on time.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We have used Got it team just as a development team. Project management is done by ourselves

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team is pretty dynamic and highly talented. Since we decided to do our project completely serverless, there were a number of areas where the team has to learn new things quickly and use those skills to deliver our project requirements. With some guidance from us, they were able to learn new technologies pretty quickly and use them in our project. Also, the work done by the team is of high quality. I love these guys and we plan to continue to take services from this team for ongoing maintenance and new feature development.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The guys have done a terrific job. I think a little bit more proactive communication on team availability can help the team do more. All in all, I am a happy customer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

First phase of the project which is the design phase was completed successfully. This allowed us to work with investor community showcasing our platform features.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project was managed effectively thru Skype, Figma and Trello tools.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Very hardworking and talented team. Attention to quality is top of the line. Great Communication skills. Very energetic and focused team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There were minor mistakes due to frequent updates on the project. But the team cannot be blamed on that. Maybe little bit follow up could help reduce the mistakes. Overall I was very satisfied.
