We ordered and worked on multiple projects, it always starts with a quick explanation of our needs though chat or a call, then the designer begins to work and provides an estimated time frame. Always on time, and their team cares about the result so they usually suggest and find ways to exceed our expectations.

We work directly with the designer through Skype and the payment is handled with the manager smoothly and easily.
