Cytek solar is one of the leading solar companies in Kenya. As Globetch Limited, we're grateful to have won the privilege to design their company logo. It was an exciting task just from when we first contacted them to show our interest in designing their official company logo, designing process, and until the completion of the logo. Their team was helpful in giving feedback during our review meetings to improve the logo.
Due to the great work, we did as Globetech limited in designing the log, they later tasked us to design their website for their online brand visibility.

I’m the managing director of a holding company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Globetech Limited?
We were looking for a company that could execute graphic design work.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Globetech Limited is developing logos for us. We’ve had back and forths with them to ensure the logo designs are to the quality level we need.
How did you come to work with Globetech Limited?
I found Globetech Limited on Clutch and directly contacted them through their website. One of their teammates reached out to me and scheduled an onboarding call.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve invested around $80.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our partnership began in August 2022, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We haven’t been completely satisfied with Globetech Limited’s work, but they’ve continued to adjust their designs to our needs. Whenever I raise an issue, they go and correct it quickly. The logo's color scheme isn’t as appealing as it could be, but Globetech Limited is open to reworking it.
How did Globetech Limited perform from a project management standpoint?
We have regular Zoom meetings; we frequently communicate with Globetech Limited through WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails. During our meetings, we discuss the project in great detail. The project has dragged on longer than expected because of the edits we’ve had to make.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Globetech Limited listens to us when we have corrections, which I appreciate.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Even when we request changes, they don’t always apply all of them, which drags out the project timeline. Globetech Limited needs to improve their efficiency and be more detail-oriented.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I’d advise anyone to have every detail they want included in their design to be clearly laid out so Globetech Limited can execute it precisely.

With the target market we intended to serve, online presence became a necessity and we consulted Globetech Limited to design our website. Our goal was to have a uniquely designed webiste and have our brand visible in the region

The scope involved coming up with the content information, collecting testimonials from clients, video and photos as well as a continual program on digital marketing. KPIS were content creation and collection, design and development, commissioning, user training, support and digital marketing for the next 1 year

Launching the website has helped us have increased traffic, and inquiries coming through the online presence. We have also been able to position ourselves for investment

Keep offering the great experience
While the logo designs aren’t up to the client’s expectations, Globetech Limited has been open to making edits to ensure they eventually deliver to the client’s needs. The project timeline has been extended because of the edits, but Globetech Limited communicates regularly via Zoom and phone calls.
