Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of SÜRA Design, a boutique design studio specializing in UI/UX design, brand identity, and digital experiences for tech companies and startups.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Getsally?

We wanted to build a consistent pipeline of inbound-quality leads through outbound. Most of our work was coming through referrals and word of mouth, which was great but unpredictable. We needed something more systematic.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We handed over the entire lead generation process to Getsally. We described our best existing clients and the types of projects we typically work on, and they came back with ideal customer profile (ICP) suggestions and targeting ideas on their own. They identified a few profiles that convert well for us: tech companies with a strong product team but no in-house design department, startups that are growing fast and need to level up their brand but don't want to hire a full-time creative team, and product companies going through a major redesign or launching something new.Getsally also looked at signals like recent funding rounds, active job postings for design roles that stayed open for months, and companies using outdated websites despite having a solid product. All the messaging, sequencing, and outreach was on them. We only stepped in to approve the ICP at the start and review the copy before launch. Everything ran through email and LinkedIn.

How did you come to work with Getsally?

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August–December 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Over six months, we had a steady flow of qualified conversations. We didn't have a massive volume because this was a high-ticket service, but the quality of leads was consistently strong. We got 10–15 qualified leads per month, and several turned into long-term retainer clients, which was exactly what we were looking for. We closed several new clients, some on a project basis and some on a retainer.Along the way, Getsally also provided the full prospect lists they built, all the messaging sequences before launch so we could review them, and weekly reports with campaign performance, response rates, which segments were working, and what they were planning to test next. We had access to the shared pipeline so we could see every lead and where they were in the process. They also gave us feedback on how prospects were reacting to our positioning, which was actually useful beyond just the outreach itself.We looked at response rates to understand which messaging and segments were performing best. Getsally also tracked how many touches it took on average to get a response, which helped them optimize the sequences over time. However, for us, it was pretty simple. It was more about day-to-day performance tracking to understand where we were, not a final outcome KPI.

How did Getsally perform from a project management standpoint?

Getsally's project management was good. They always came prepared and adjusted fast when we gave feedback on targeting or messaging. They also flagged early on which segments weren't responding and suggested pivots before we had to ask.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by how well they figured out the messaging for a creative service. Selling design through cold outreach is awkward if you do it wrong. Getsally found angles that felt natural and didn't cheapen the brand. That was honestly my biggest concern going in, and they handled it well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The first month was slower while they were figuring out the right segments and messaging, but that's expected.
