In my view, Project Management is a strength of Freshy's. Couldn't be happier with the PM on my project. I found her to be very professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, responsive, and resilient. She kept us on point, rolled with every change we had, and helped deliver an exceptional final product -- all with a great attitude.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are incredibly easy to work with.

Working with the owner, Ben, during our vendor selection process was a pleasure. He knows his business, he is accessible and the team and processes he's put into place in his company are on point. He was also willing to work with me to ensure that every question I had was answered, and every concern I raised was eliminated. 

This "attitude" was carried over into the actual work process with the development team. Freshy was friendly and handled every request and revision we gave them with complete professionalism. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Freshy could have done differently?

My only criticism, and it's a minor point as I feel the end product was outstanding, is that when initially laying out pages with the content we provided, I would have liked to see a little more visual creativity in how we might present the content.  First pass, items were laid out in a very linear manner. It was fine, but a little bland. That said, after we discussed my thoughts, I was quickly provided with some alternative looks that were really great.
