I am the co-owner of an Indianapolis, IN based gym that focuses on bringing a small town gym feel to the big city through personal training, 24 hour access, and free fitness assessments!

We hired Forest City Digital to take the lord of marketing off of us as we start to grow the business in other ways. They were and are responsible for improving our SEO and getting us found on Google!

We searched around for companies to do this for us and the majority were very expensive, so we were put in contact with them through someone else we hired for our website and they allowed for us to save some money

We spent roughly 6 weeks monitoring, setting up ads, and putting things in place that would work most efficiently with the current market. From there, we update things once a month or sometimes every other week to stay current and on top of things.

We had two individuals, the owner along with one of his marketing team members

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The SEO and search ability of our company increased by over 100% within the first month and continues to remain high, along with the phone calls being received and the map searches.

We have phone conversations once a week to go over key things that they are seeing along with things that we would like to change. They are very responsive and accommodating of our changes and concerns.

I am impressed with the knowledge they bring to the table in terms of reaching our goals.

Everything has been great thus far! We have year goals that we would like to accomplish with them, so it’s been slow and steady ramping things up but feel optimistic for the next 9 months!

The core objectives were to translate our brand vision into a clean, elevated digital experience, clearly communicate our product lines and positioning as an alcohol alternative, and create a functional, scalable site that could support DTC sales, retail discovery, and future growth.

We met through google calls and talked over the whole process. I gave all information and photos needed and then Forest City took charge and created a great site for us while clarifying the complicated customization options for potential customers to have an easy purchasing process.
