Near term: (we are still in a pre-beta phase) short development cycle times are important for this effort, helping iterate through design and technology decisions. This is where this team has been great to work alongside, and they've been proactive with respect to making decisions to keep the project going forward instead of stopping for (inconsequential) decisions to be made by me.

There were online meetings every week between the developer and the ui team. There were weekly update meetings online with my company and the development team There were weekly apk's sent out for thorough testing and reporting of bugs. There were continual emails and whatsapps with progress updates.

Flutterflow Devs were consistantly professional in their handling of the project. They delivered on time and communicated when delays were to be expected. They are honest, upfront and caring. Any concerns I had were addressed speedily and in a professional manner.
