Content-driven landing pages were developed to highlight key materials like videos and catalogs, tailored to user preferences, and the backend was integrated with Webflow, enabling the client’s team to manage content efficiently. These efforts aimed to modernize the client’s online presence, streamline internal processes, and improve overall user experience.

I had no website to begin with since this is a new company I founded. Through a referral I got to know Flow Ninja and we agreed on a project together to design and create my new website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was a recommendation from a friend that I trust. I know they are working together since a while and he is more than happy with their work.

The project was kicked off by collecting ideas and examples of designs, that I liked. The Flow Ninja team then presented different mood boards to me, so I could decide which design route I want to go. After that I got presented with 3 different web designs (in the end I think it were more even because I was a bit indecisive).

I had a hard time deciding which one to go with because all of them were amazing. After I had make a decision we went into fine tuning the details in terms of design. I also had provided content (mainly text and some photos) for the website.

After some feedback rounds and amendmends on the design I was more than happy with the final result, so it went into development. After a short time the team got back to me with the final website. All of that took no more than 4 weeks - the team is super efficient and all of the communication and steps in the process were seamless.

I was in contact to around 8 people with various profiles - from project management, customer success to design, web development etc. All of it went hand in hand and the whole team knew exactly what to do at which point.

Working with Flow Ninja has completely exceeded my expectations - the quality of work, efficiency of organization and communication and of course working with lovely people was outstanding. I would recommend anyone to work with Flow Ninja and hope I´ll work with them again in the future.

It was super effective. All of the steps were planned down to the last detail and I was informed about everything that was going on at every moment.

I cannot really mention only one thing. It was mainly the quality of work, organisation and efficiency of communication.

Our website doubled in speed, which was crucial for us. We now have 90+ scores on Pagespeed insights. Additionally, our conversion rates increased.

What I found best was the willingness of all Flow Ninja doo's employees to go the extra mile. Sometimes certain tasks were not in the project scope. Flow.ninja still went ahead and implemented those tasks.

As proposed previously, a streamlined communication and feedback channel would make the collaboration slightly easier.
