FindIt Tech worked diligently to combine two existing websites - one for Sheffler & Company, Inc and one for a company we acquired three years earlier. The new website improves the process by which our clients and potential clients can find and correspond with us. We wanted a single website that:

• Gave more insight into who we are
• Was easily navigated
• Improved our presence and searchability on the web
• Filtered our incoming client inquiries

We received a simplified, clean website through which our clients and potential clients can see what we do and how we became established in the civil engineering and surveying fields via a new company timeline and are directed to a specific contact for the service about which they are inquiring through a new client contact process. 

On our end, a designated individual within each department receives a very informative email for each inquiry thereby reducing the channels through which each inquiry must travel until it gets to the right person. That email enables us to address each inquiry quickly.  We also added a Careers page that will surely help with our recruiting efforts.     

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Inquiries go directly to a specific company contact. This reduces time spent by the one person that would previously sift through all inquiries and forward it to the correct company contact.
• Immediate uptick in number of site visits
• Increase in number of client inquiries
• Reduction in hours spent on the phone to inquire more about a project. All information is requested through the contact form and gives us a solid base from which to formulate a proposal.
• One website to maintain in lieu of two resulting in a unified company presence.

• Changes and integrations were always made on time.  
• We were given a link to follow progress so we could see the new website taking shape.  
• It was a great tool to have and helped us with our process of envisioning what else we wanted to add or change along the way.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

FindIT Tech effort to really understand our company and the processes by which we provide our services was impressive. 

Given that FindIT Tech works with a myriad of different types of clients, all with different products, services and business goals (not just civil engineers and surveyors) it is notable that they take the time to research and investigate not only their client, but their client's competitors, subcontractors, projects, etc. to get a real feel for and better understand their client's goals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something FindIT Tech could have done differently?

I can't think of anything that could have been done differently.  The process was seemless and FindIT Tech was very accommodating with our schedules.

Mark went out of his way to make sure all trouble shooting, potential problems, etc. were all calibrated ahead of time before they became issues. He also was able to design everything exactly the way we wanted.
