The project focused on a 3-module AI pipeline:

1.      Crawl: An AI agent that crawls 1,000s of third-party platforms to scrape performance data and site content, including log in and MFA, and agentic decision making.

2.      Extract & Evaluate: A data science engine that normalizes fragmented metrics into a single "source of truth".

3.      Reporter: Integrating that data into the company’s data warehouse and BI, to enable data-driven decision making.

We now have automated visibility across thousands of partner platforms that were previously monitored manually. This radical efficiency allows our team to focus purely on high-level performance optimization rather than data collection.
