Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the managing partner of Previzio consulting. We are a people consulting firm and our service ranges from recruitment, HR advisory and Talent management.

For what projects/services did your company hire Feman Media Agency, and what were your goals?

We wanted to improve our visibility and branding as well as improving our website. We needed a company that was able to deliver on all these and we engaged Feman Digital agency.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected them based on their knowledge of what we wanted, cost consideration and professionalism.

First we had a meeting where we ensured that the goal was well understood and each party’s responsibilities, the time line for delivery of each phase of the project and resources required. Then we worked on content development including tailoring our content to speak to our peculiar audience. Hootsuite was used in ensuring our content was on schedule and timely.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a graphics designer, a digital marketer and the Head of business.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website was completed within the expected timeframe and our traffic increased which translated to 15% increase. Our followers also increased by 30% which was more than we had anticipated initially.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a virtual meeting once every two weeks to review the progress and plans.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I liked their professionalism and willingness to deliver despite challenges. They also have in-depth knowledge about their field of business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing worthy of mention.

I’m the brand manager for Mouka. We make mattresses and pillows in Nigeria.

We were looking to hire a new creative agency that would be a better fit than the previous one.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ferman Digital began with small tasks like flyer designs. Once we were satisfied, they began working on larger tasks. These include press ads, fabric design for mattresses which are the face of the product, mattress labels, and photography of products for the product shop.

What is the team composition?

I have a main point of contact along with someone who handles billing and invoices. There was also another graphic artist who worked with us for a period of time.

How did you come to work with Ferman Digital?

My boss had worked with Ferman Digital before and knew that they did quality work in a satisfactory timeframe.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent 5,000,000 naira (approximately $14,000 USD).

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Ferman Digital does very good work with a quick turnaround. The designs communicate the right messages and are colorful and visually appealing ‚ a breath of fresh air. We’ve had feedback about how much better our work looks since hiring Ferman Digital.

How did Ferman Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They manage the workflow pretty well. There have been a few delays where we’ve had to call and remind them that we needed it done. However, they are easy to communicate with, overall

They have a good mix of top-notch performance, quick turnaround, and quality work, all at affordable prices. They have an advantage in being a small organization because it reduces overhead and allows for lower pricing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Considering they have plans to grow the company, they should expand their team to accomplish more work without losing the small business feel.
