App for Khvilya zdorov'ya water delivery service

Goal: to increase customer service level; to attract new customers; to reduce staff and marketing expenses.

 

Tasks: to develop the app that allow users to make an order, input and save preferred time, delivery address and pay it. All inside an app without using PC or phone calls.

 

Challenges: our client wanted to start using

app ASAP, so we prioritized the importance of different functions and make several updates. We also had to implement discount strategy to attract new customers.

 

Solution: we had customers feedback from the very beginning. This helped us to improve the app with every update. User authorization, quantity choosing, addresses adding, bonus system, notes, and payment etc were added step by step.   


Results: more than 7 000 regular and new customers use the app at the moment. Staff expenses are more than 60% lower now.

Odlar Yurdu online insurance service

Goal: to increase the number of customers; to improve customer service level.

 

Tasks: to develop an online web service with comfortable UI to short time a user needs for insurance buying up to several minutes. All actions and payments can be done in one place using only mobile phone.

 

Challenges: we had to develop simple

mobile friendly service and forecast all mistakes a user can commit. We had to integrate the service with The National Insurance Commission database as it was necessary according to legislation.

 

Solution: we created really agreeable, simple and intuitive UI. The process of issuing has only 5-steps including online payment and confirmations. So, a client can quickly buy car, health or travel insurance in 4-6 minutes from any place where he can find internet.


Results: The number of new and loyal customers of Odlar Yurdu is rising. Comparing with previous site we see higher conversion of visitors.

App for VamPromo discount service

Goal: to help a startup implement the idea of attracting new customers for different businesses combining discounts,QR codes and Social Media sharing.

 

Tasks: to develop an app to share information of a purchase with friends in Social Media.

 

Challenges: we had to use phone camera for scanning QR and integrate the app with

different Social Medias. Sometimes, our developers worked with the client directly to implement his business model correctly.

 

Solution: we made simple and intuitive UI to move user to publish information about his purchase and attract his friends and followers commit the same action.

 

Results: the app development was finished in the end of 2018. We continue to work with VamPromo as technical support and develop digital marketing strategy (SEO, PPC, SMM) for them.

Goal: to increase the number of online store visitors; to increase conversion level.

 

Tasks: to develop a new website using OpenCart e-commerce platform; to develop a new marketing strategy concentrated on SEO.

 

Challenges: we had to remember that the client had already tried different marketing strategies with no result. The

competitors level was extremely high.

 

Solution: we created unique UX design based on competitors analysis. We also developed complex long-term SEO and PPC marketing strategy.

Goal: to create a web service for international delivery service; to create marketing strategy for the service.

 

Tasks: to stand out among competitors; to reach 100 visitors per day.

 

Challenges: we had to develop interactive UI to catch visitor's attention. The budget was limited so we had to look for cheap but quality

decisions.

 

Solution: we made comfortable UI to show how simple and fast the service can solve customer needs in delivery. We also developed a strategy with reducing marketing expenses.


Results: the service we had created helped our client to spread his business and expand his field of activity to several other countries including US. The target number of visitors was reached in 4 month.

Galaxy Bar family restaurant website

Goal: to attract users from online; to present Galaxy Bar brand.

 

Tasks: to create a website comfortable for administration with design reflecting the style and atmosphere of the restaurant.

 

Challenges: we had to make interactive design to attract both children and parents (Target Audience). We had to make SEO analysis

before developing to prepare the site for SEO.  

 

Solution: our designer created memorable website design using a space theme. We also developed complex SEO, PPC and SMM marketing strategy.

Goal: to increase the number of online store visitors; to replace PPC with SEO.

 

Tasks: to use SEO instead of PPC to achieve long-term goals. The analysis showed that Cost Per Click was extremely high and the competition was still rising.

 

Solution: after analyzing client's competitors we created SEO strategy including

internal changes, link building, crowd marketing and outreach. Implementing the strategy allowed us to replace PPC traffic by the organic one, reduce marketing budget and increase number of visitors.

Tasks: to develop a website for computer service centre with unique design and UI so that a user can solve his problem asap; to prepare the site for SEO;

 

Challenges: we had to integrate client`s CRM system and create visual displaying of problem solving

Goal: to attract users from online; to highlight Gardenpark brand between competitors.

 

Tasks: to develop marketing strategy with effective conversion in a high-competitive niche of landscape design.

 

Challenges: the client's website was not optimized for SEO. We had to remember about the influence of the seasons of the year

on our client's business.

 

Solution: we decided to create complex marketing strategy including SEO (long-term goals), PPC (short-term goals) and SMM (because of Target Audience and client`s great photos of his works).

I`m co-founder and CEO at VamPromo discount service. We are a start up that offer new marketing possibilities to b2c sales business. Our company is situated in Kiev, Ukraine and have 12 employees at the moment.

We had an idea how to promote and advertise products and services in Instagram and Facebook by the customers. We encourage them to publish information of the purchase in their news feed and share it with friends providing a discount on the purchase. So we needed to create an application for iOS and Android to make our idea real.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal was to create an app in short terms because we wanted to launch it till the end of 2018. The app had to be simple for any user to understand how to use it. And flexible for future updates.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I send our app conception to several agencies for primary estimates. Echizh account manager gave me feedback very fast during several hours. The estimates were on the middle level but I liked their speed and real interest to our project.

Describe the project in detail.

Firstly we spend a week creating detalized app documentation. On this stage we were offered to use qr-codes scanning to make the process of using the app even simpler then we considered it to be. Design was finished and confirmed in two weeks. Apps were released in stores 70 days after the beginning of work.

What was the team composition?

Mostly I contacted with project manager and designer. I also had several conversations with Evgenii - Echizh CEO and founder about our business processes and how app can influence them. 3 developers were involved in app development and one for testing it.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Apps were launched within 3 months. Since then we have increased number of our clients and users of our app. We had feedback from users and even have made an update of the app based on it. I can admit that our users and our team are fully satisfied by app usability and design.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was extremely easy to communicate with project manager, team members and even CEO when we want to discuss any question. Mostly we used phone and messengers but it was not a problem to visit their office when we needed it. We used online services to track the project development. So I can tell they were very open to communication and our engagement to the app development.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The Echizh team is very open to collaboration with their customers. I liked the interest and involvement they showed before and during their work on our project. We always were given good advices about app development. They also provide good quality of services for acceptable prices. We also wanted our vendor to fully maintain and update the app in future and so we continue to work with Echish company in this field.

At this moment we are fully satisfied with Echizh work. So I cant tell we would like to change something.

We worked using short splits to provide a new version of application to our clients, collect and process their feedback and create an improvement plan for next split. They were ready to start as soon as were finishing our part of work.
