A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the creative lead at Rich Haven Media, a marketing agency. We try to use every form of digital tool to advertise small businesses so people can see what they do and patronize them.

We do this using diverse means. We do digital marketing, documentaries, event coverage, product photography, and more. We also do graphic work with websites. We do everything with IT digitally that a business needs to grow.

What challenge were you trying to address with DJEMTECH SYSTEMS?

We needed help with graphic design and web design. We had the challenge of integrating into the market and getting the kind of visibility that small businesses need. In particular, there were challenges with building tools that would work with what we do for our customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They are our major graphics partner. They help us with a lot of our designs. We also generate help tools to help us, and they helped with those tools to make our work easier.

They’ve helped us with logos, UX designs for clients’ websites, and graphic designs for flyers and banners.

For the website designs, they did the graphics parts. They also do the coding part, but later we got our own people to do the coding.

What is the team composition?

There are 5-6 people working with me.

How did you come to work with DJEMTECH SYSTEMS?

I’ve known them for a long time. I tested their quality of work, their trustworthiness, their credibility, and their ability to work under pressure.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve invested less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January of 2019, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They provide a very great quality of work. They’re really good at producing graphics. Everyone jumps into it, and we get it done.

How did DJEMTECH SYSTEMS perform from a project management standpoint?

I make sure I distribute the work according to everybody’s strength. We have someone in charge of ensuring the designs come out right, someone to make sure the coding is correct, someone who manages social media, and someone writing scripts. There’s also someone who oversees the whole project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve done an awesome job. They pay attention to the small things and give their best efforts.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their diversity. They should try to reach out to more customers, more clients, and learn what more people want. That way, they won’t restrict themselves to a particular kind of work mode. They need to spread their tentacles and get more clients so they have more diverse job experience.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Do the same thing that they do. Pay attention to detail — that’s really important.
