Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a small massage clinic. We are owner/therapists and therefore carry out all of the work involved in running the clinic.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Democracy, and what were your goals?

We wanted to grow our client base and decided that a regular online presence and advertising plan would be a reliable way forward. This would run alongside client referrals built up through positive experiences with our services. We outsourced the management of our Google Ads to Digital Democracy as their knowledge and experience enabled them to navigate where we could not and also to free up our time to do those things only we could do.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had been contacted by many advertisers previously and found them lacking. We searched out companies ourselves and came across Digital Democracy. We meet with Eimear face-to-face and discussed in detail what we were looking for and what we hoped to achieve. Eimear took the time to fully understand us and our project.

Digital Democracy spent time getting to know us, our business and our goals. They spent a short period of time trialing various angles for our advertising, refining until they found what worked best. Over the years this has shifted and changed and the team has responded and kept the adverts in line with Google policy and achieving our goals.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I have primarily contact with one of their team but on rare occasions have had reason to work with another team member.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have a regular flow of new clients and returning clients who profess to have found us online and who appreciate the informative online presence we present. Out work with Digital Democracy ensures our online presence is found by anyone looking for our services in our area. We are easily searchable and always appear on the first page for our most important keywords and this translates to a high level of new bookings each month.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We use email to communicate and they are always quick to respond and follow through on any queries, concerns or requests. They are happy to help with advise on new ideas for campaigns or with issues with existing campaigns. We receive monthly reports of progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Advertising in our industry can be tricky if you do not want to be misbranded and our services confused with other offerings. Digital Democracy took the time to hear us out on our concerns in this area and have always been careful to steer clear of campaigns that may jeopardise our reputation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is always room for improvement but we are happy with their services to date and are happy to keep using their services.
