At Vit2go, we develop intelligent nutritional supplements to combat the three most common complaints of everyday life: fatigue, colds, and hangovers after alcohol consumption.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of work involved redesigning our website “Vit2Go”, which was built on WordPress. This included updating the site's theme, particularly for the e-commerce section, and creating various new pages. 

In total, the site consisted of approximately 15 unique pages. Additionally, there were already several dozen products listed, along with reviews and a significant number of orders. Our task was to carefully implement these changes without disrupting any existing functionality, particularly ensuring the seamless operation of the e-commerce portion of the site. 

Furthermore, we ask DB to assist us with design and printed materials, including brochures, booklets, and other promotional items. We wanted to have a comprehensive design and development partner, offering full support throughout the implementation of new elements, making the scope of work convenient.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Digital Butlers are the ones who always find a solution in any situation, and we like it. They are the perfect place to address any web-related requests. Initially, we approached them for page design and a new theme. Then they completely recreated it on WordPress and adapted our complex website. They have been constantly updating it for four years now. They also assist us with design and printed materials. 

Whenever we have a web-related request, we immediately turn to Butlers, and it's important for us to have such a reliable partner and contractor who can always solve design/development tasks for us. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout the entire project. Despite the complexity of the tasks involved, they remained focused and dedicated to delivering results. We are grateful for their expertise and professionalism, and we look forward to continuing our partnership.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We have been working for more than 4 years already and I can't remember any time when there were any delays. Opposite, if we needed any task to be to the specific date everything was delivered on time.

We have a WhatsApp group where we mostly communicate. We also used email for sending various documents directly. For the most part, we managed all our discussions on WhatsApp and tracked all tasks via the teamwork.com system. Digital Butlers are also gathering working hours using Tmetric. We are receiving their reports and invoices via email every month for making payments.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

All the tasks we set before were completed, as we described earlier. Initially, Digital Butlers meticulously designed the entire site layout in Figma, ensuring it was visually appealing and user-friendly for both desktop and mobile users.

After we approved designs, they involved creating a custom WordPress theme tailored to our specific needs. Everything was done well - the new theme was integrated into our existing system, ensuring compatibility with all necessary plugins and functionalities.

As part of the process, they conducted thorough testing to identify and resolve any potential issues. Digital Butlers updated all plugins to the latest versions and optimized the database for improved performance. They configured our e-commerce module, ensuring smooth and secure transactions for our customers.
