CBAY is a second-hand sales solution for the yachting industry; in an industry of excess, we provide a simple full-service solution that helps superyachts sell the items they no longer use onboard.

Dev.Family helped us identify solutions that would fit our go-to-market strategies with ease. We found solutions to our most complex problems. We aimed to automise a majority of the businesses administrative tasks and succeeded in the matter, some key deliverables: 

• We've automised a payment infrastructure for my business, which is commission based using Stripe Connect. 
• Along with the payment infrastructure, we've automised the documentations process in the event of sale through commission basis. 
• We've built a scalable platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Dev.Family always took a genuine interest in the problem solving faces of the project, I'd present a complex issue and they'd provide with solutions. Every single tweak or update I've asked for have been onboarded quickly thereafter.

Are there any areas for improvement or something dev.family could have done differently?

Yes, I believe the management structure of the company should have a more direct contact with clients due to the pricing structure of the development for larger projects. The focus of a project manager should not be financial matters, in my opinion.
