For what projects/services did your company hire The Demski Group, and what were your goals?

We partner with The Demski Group for software projects requiring specific solutions. Many of these include custom management systems or software solutions with hardware components. Our teams have partnered on over 20 projects, which have all been a tremendous success.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

At the time our team took on a project that was quickly determined to be outside of our skillset, we spent weeks looking and interviewing firms and we had a fantastic connection with the owner.

Most of the projects have been fully native iOS & Android applications, while some have been cross-platform mobile/web applications using the MERN technology stack. The scopes of work have ranged from MVP applications to full-blown custom CRMs to Smart Home integrated applications.

We have worked with 2 designers that have been terrific throughout the design engagements, 3 project managers, 10+ software developers, and the lead of QA/QC

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The team provides beyond industry-standard excellence, and the owner of the company is available to help at any time, and if any delays or problems occur throughout the development process, we are told promptly and see results as they are addressed.

Project management and communications are generally following the agile methodology, and the team uses Slack & Clickup tools for day-to-day operations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication, open engagements, and direct communication with the team as needed have reduced numerous delays seen by other partners.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Throughout the multiple years of engagement, we have seen the team grow and evolve, and at this point, we can confidentially say that any improvements or changes we bring up as needed and know they will be met.
