Applaudience - Cinema Data Analytics Dashboard
We helped plan, design and rapidly prototype the complete dashboard so that real feedback can be collected from potential customers before the product went into production. We ran multiple design sprints and landed on a bunch of highly sophisticated and user-friendly data design views.
We were commissioned to plan, mock and design the data analytics dashboard for the startup. We began nailing down all the possible user stories for all types of distinct end-users that the platform will need to cater to. We then moved over to design the data analysis views that best captured the essence of the source data-set and turned them into highly actionable insights. Our principle during the whole process was to “Capture the story from the data” and effectively visualize it in an interactive manner.
The complete design process involved developing collecting user stories and requirements, detailed wireframe designs with multiple iterations, feedback collection, high-fidelity mockups and rapid prototype for user testing and pivoting. We ended up designing features that weren’t part of the initial plan because our research and feedback collection pointed in that direction. This allowed us to design and deliver a highly lean, minimalistic and functional dashboard design. A couple of key steps during the complete design sprint were:
- Design sprints around user stories and requirements
- Wireframe development and feedback collection
- Competitor research
- Design system deployment (using Ant Design System)
- High-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Rapid prototype for showcase

Weologix - Talent Management SaaS Platform
We helped plan, design, develop and pivot the product appropriately helping the co-founding team launch a holistic talent assessment platform coupled with an interactive dashboard for HRDs in a cost-effective manner.
Operating as the core product team for the startup, our responsibilities stretched across the board from branding, website to the design and development of the primary software-as-a-service platform and the continued devOps.
We developed a holistic product suite based upon the core vision to cater to the fragmented target users, ranging from early stage startups all the way up to large multi-national enterprises, the product offering includes:
- Talent assessment platform (with proprietary games and questionnaire experiences)
- Third-party integrations with other assessments for holistic data-set
- Creation of three tiers of profiles (Me-V, Me-Profile and We-Profile)
- HRD subscription dashboard for enterprise users
- Legacy talent data conversion into machine-readable data
- Talent acquisition platform for top-of-the-funnel recruitment using assessments

Flash Fit Pro - On demand Fitness Trainer Booking
Working closely with the founding team to co-create the app, we helped craft the strategy, design and experience of the product for the iOS platform. This included working on visual design, information architecture, user experience, rapid prototyping and delivery of the final product.
Our aim was to define a strategy, design and technology that could power an elegant and simple app that makes it easy to find the best trainers and fitness facilities nearby. Our approach was to create a bold and powerful branding of the product that also facilitated clarity in messaging. After doing considerable product research, we opted for a darker user interface design to place focus on visual elements that are most important to users when selecting fitness professionals and facilities which included key elements such as Trainer/Facility’s Images, Ratings, Price and Training Experience or Certification. Another factor towards opting for a dark background was because of its high efficiency and attractiveness in cases when interface is based more on graphics than copy, which was the case with our app. Here’s a brief list of features included in the app:
- Flash feed to scroll through all nearby available fitness trainers and facilities
- Session booking experience and in-app payments
- Advanced search view based on inputs such as training type, availability and price range
- Detailed profiles of trainers and facilities with user-generated rating and reviews
- In-app chat for queries and pre-session tips and guidelines for users

Breas Helper - Troubleshooting and Training App
Operating as the core design and development team for Breas on this particular project, our goal was to determine the pain-points that the on-ground technical staff face and even exploring the corner cases where the communication lapse can result in long product troubleshooting delays. We helped design and develop an app that acts as a central repository of all product documentation, updates, and communication between global staff for effective problem resolution.
We emphasized on understanding the end-user behavior and how the app could most effectively help the team with their day to day tasks. The process involved a bunch of design sprints revolving around nailing down accurate user stories, validating assumptions and collecting feedback for an accurate and functional experience for the whole team. The result was a fluid cross-platform app that can be used nearly on any standard smartphone, allowing technicians across the globe to access the vast swathe of documentation, updates, trouble-shooting guides and videos regarding Breas’ revolutionary devices and products. Some features of the final app include:
- Cross-platform support with native-like app behavior
- Real-time chat between multiple team members across the globe
- Library of documents and video guides for educating staff on news, updates, and features
- In-app notifications for when queries are answered/resolved

I am the co-founder and creative director of Animation Republic, an online startup delivering motion graphics and animation services to clients across the globe. We specialize in branding, design, explainer videos, how-to videos and motion graphics. Our passion is telling breathtaking stories to the world through animated videos. For what projects/services did your company hire Deltacron Business Technologies?
We wanted to build a portfolio website that would help us present our work including animated content in the best possible online experience. Deltacron designed and rapidly developed a responsive website which included a ton of interactivity and web animations seamlessly stitching the website to our whole brand in a holistic manner. I loved their thinking about the project.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal was to have a website that could speak to our customers, showcase our work in a way that’s honest and truthful. I am happy with the work that Deltacron delivered and our clients now almost always visit our websites to view and reference our work, which was the main intention behind this whole undertaking.
How did you select this vendor?
We had worked with Deltacron before on a bunch of other things, including web design projects and when we wanted to have a website for our own brand, we obviously picked them for their vast experience, diligence in this field, and competitive price-points.
Describe the project in detail.
The project included research and understanding of our clients’ need from a website, which was to showcase our vast work folio including the branding and animated videos so that our clients don’t have to search Youtube, Vimeo etc. for us but instead go to a singular link for all portfolio review and communications as needed.
Deltacron, designed and shared a couple of wireframes that allowed us to review and provide feedback on the process before a final set of high-fidelity mockups were designed and developed in Wordpress CMS. During the whole project, our communication was consistent and involved tools such as Trello (for Task Management), Slack and Skype (for Communications) and Balsamiq (for Wireframing).
What was the team composition?
Deltacron completely took the lead on the project after we provided them with initial specs/requirements. There was one designer and one developer involved in the project, a highly agile team composition allowing us to pivot and make changes rapidly.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our website now looks very professional and has become a very important digital property for us. Prior to this, we were using Vimeo and Youtube page links to share with our prospective leads and clients to showcase our work, which was highly disorganized, because these are external platforms.
Having one website to include all company details but more importantly, an interactive experience around work portfolio and communication allows us to manage all leads and share new information on our projects effortlessly.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I would say highly effective in the delivery of the project in the given timeline. Their workflow is very startup-like, they are agile and rapidly adapt to changing needs as and when new data or feedback appears.
What did you find most impressive about this company?

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and founder of Weologix, which is an HR tech platform. We’re a two-year-old startup currently focusing on the United Kingdom market. Eventually, we’ll look into serving other European countries and the United States as well.
What challenge were you trying to address with Deltacron Business Technologies?
We’ve augmented our team with them to boose our development capabilities. Two of our five team members are from Deltacron Business Technologies.
What was the scope of their involvement?
At first, they did some animation and video work for us. That evolved into web development pretty quickly. They built our B2B SaaS platform and website based on early conversations we had about our needs.
Working in sprints, their team created a micro-services architecture using Heroku to produce the individual functionalities of the platform. It includes report generation, data capture, and assessment pieces. There are also third-party APIs that they worked with to yield a centralized product that we could market to clients. Over the last few years, they’ve added new modules and features as we’ve requested them.
The final platform includes animated videos, games, aesthetically pleasing UX, a reporting engine, and translations to French. It also has an assessment feature that allows users to submit reviews. The platform examines that data to provide a single set of insights for viewers.
What is the team composition?
We worked directly with Mateen (Co-Founder, Deltacron Business Technologies) who serves as our main point of contact. Our team speaks with him multiple times each day.
How did you come to work with Deltacron Business Technologies?
I found them by chance while looking for an animator, developer, and designer. We started with them on an animation project that would serve as just one element of the overall platform. They did an amazing job on the piece.
In that collaboration, I spoke with them about the overall vision of our company, and they informed me that they’re also skilled in web development and gaming development. That was exactly what we needed for the rest of the project, so we stayed with them.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve invested between $100,000–$120,000 in their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in June 2018, and our teams are still collaborating.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The work is super responsive and high-quality. Thanks to them, we hit our revenue generation target in our first year of sales. Without a great product to sell, it wouldn’t be possible for us to achieve that success.
How did Deltacron Business Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re excellent about hitting our timelines. In fact, they completed a feature today that isn’t due until next week. Their team worked through a lot of bugs to develop the functionality correctly, but they didn’t let that delay the process.
To make sure we stayed on the same page, we used Slack and Skype to communicate. Not only do they deliver excellent products on time, but they’re also willing to go above and beyond our expectations with their management.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They did a great job translating our business vision into a final product, understanding both the big picture and the fine details that are addressed on a day-to-day basis.
