In order to better understand our offerings, our market positioning, and the main sales messaging we wished to get across to our target audience, Corecentrix Business Solutions first undertook a discovery phase.  They then worked closely with us to create various landing pages that we could test separately.  For these landing pages, they also created language that was appealing and easy to understand.  They create various campaigns and ad groups and set up all of our Google Ads campaigns from fresh so we can analyze what works and what doesn't.  After that, they kept refining the strategy to make sure we were getting the best possible quality traffic to our website.

In addition to introducing dynamic content modules to better showcase our services and case studies, they implemented a completely new visual identity that complemented our brand story. Given the technical nature of our offering, we needed to support performance and scalability, so we restructured the backend to support these goals. Simultaneously, their SEO team reorganized our site architecture to support crawlability and topical relevance and implemented a thorough keyword strategy based on industry-specific research. A suite of optimized landing pages, an industry-specific content calendar, a fully responsive website that was optimized for desktop and mobile devices, and SEO performance dashboards connected to business KPIs were some of the main deliverables.

Although it took them some time to get used to, their usage of Basecamp as a communication tool was rather effective. They were as responsive when using other channels of communication, such phone calls and emails, but it's obvious that they favor Basecamp for internal team communications and record keeping. 

It appears like Corecentrix is dedicated to providing timely and efficient service and deliverables. Any delays were caused by the customers. Regarding our internal content review and the delays it caused in reaching team consensus, Corecentrix was really understanding.

They built a beautiful website for us starting from scratch. They were more than willing to make drastic changes and did so quickly. I was truly thankful for them constantly reaching out to us to provide website notes and updates. They went above and beyond any other company we've dealt with when it came to website building.

The feedback from our clients about our new website has all been positive. Everyone who has seen our new website loves the new look and how innovative our content is. It also establishes more of a reliable reputation with an upgraded website.

This is where they excelled. They were constantly reaching out to us and the changes we did requested happened almost instantly. At one point there was a time where we were swamped with work and lost communication on our end but Corecentrix and their team constantly were reaching out to us, encouraging us to provide an outline for the website. If they hadn't constantly been in contact with us then our website might of never been built due to OUR negligence, but they pushed us forward.
