• CPL and CPAs managed to remain efficient in June after pausing California activity (internal decision) which was our leading driver of traffic
• Brand Impression Share has increased by 4% YoY and we are seeing Search demand for the term "Embrace Pet Insurance" the highest this month than it has been in the last 5 years

The entire team was very professional, timely, and educated in their strategic recommendations. Even with ad hoc requests and short turnaround times, they responded to emails quickly and made sure the work was completed when needed. Nancy and Terry are always ready to assist with anything requested from my senior leadership and delivered high quality material. If one person was unavailable, someone else was always there to help when needed.

I found Corecentrix was very transparent and easy to communicate with throughout the partnership. We never felt that work was slacking or they were pulled heavily to other clients. We always felt like a priority and that they truly cared about the work they were producing for Embrace. That definitely showed in the results that were delivered as well.

I really don't have any negative feedback. We did not decide to end the partnership due to any type of relationship or performance issues. It was strictly a financial decision to bring the majority of media management in house. If we feel that we have the resources to use them again at some point in the future, I would be happy to bring the team on again.

The first phase of our engagement was a learning phase. We had the opportunity to meet with Corecentrix Busines Solutions and share our story, business model, and growth goals. They asked us a lot of questions that allowed them to dig deeper into our digital presence.

Then, we entered a phase where Corecentrix Busines Solutions worked closely with us to present ideas, models, and designs for the website. From there, we went into the build phase. They built our site on WordPress because it made sense to us to keep working on the same platform as our previous website was.

Subsequently, we entered the launch phase, and now, we’re in the post-launch phase, where they’re working on bugs and adjusting details. We hope to continue our partnership with Corecentrix Busines Solutions on a digital growth phase.

We intend to optimize our digital footprint through SEO, so we will be working with them to identify a content strategy. We also want to get more opportunities with paid advertising and other efforts of that nature to support our growth as we move forward.

We’ve seen an increase in form submissions and conversion rates, which we can generate more clearly now — that was something that we couldn’t do before.

We didn’t have a good platform before, so if a lead came through our site, we couldn’t see if it became a patient or not. Now, we have a better way to measure the success of our campaigns because we can see the traffic on the site and the conversion rate, and in the back end, we can see if the leads become actual patients.

Compared to our previous website, our new one is significantly different and better.

Aside from the great things that Corecentrix Business Solutions has done and the product itself, their collaboration is great. Although they had some background working with healthcare companies, they went through a learning process, and they’ve stated throughout various phases that they enjoy working with us because they’re learning a lot. Both site traffic and search engine ranks have increased. Our website has received thousands of visitors since we began working together, but there have also been periods in the past when it has received none at all. With Corecentrix's assistance, we were able to get an article published in a major magazine, which resulted in a significant increase in traffic and sales. From a quality perspective, we have been really pleased. They are quite good at crafting articles and using relevant and targeted keywords.
