After launching a new brand in June 2020, we were ready to pump some investment into Facebook Ads to: • Increase Awareness for our new product amongst targeted audiences • Direct traffic to our website
How did you select this vendor?
Having worked with Stephanie before on various projects I was more than confident to bring her and her team on to manage paid media at Murray River Organics. Stephanie had a very simple and straightforward approach which was helpful for us!

The team helped us set up always on ads in addition to one-time-only promotions and giveaways. They have managed multiple ad sets for us, each designed to hero a specific product or range.
What was the team composition?
With Stephanie overseeing, we worked closely with Rosemary and Jacinda to manage our ads and work on the details with us.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have been able to reach close to 2 million targeted users in less than 12 months. This is a huge feat for us with brand awareness being our biggest hurdle.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We have felt incredibly supported by the Content Smith team, as a small inhouse marketing department, knowing we have experts like Jacinda and Stephanie in our corner has meant we have been able to achieve far more than we expected.

There were incredibly adaptive and understood the needs and wants of a small business. They were super comfortable with change and excited to test and learn with us!

We were well supported and received timely replies and feedback, there is nothing I think the team could have done differently.
