Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

CIDT developed the whole platform from the ground up. They built the drag-and-drop Shopify page builder, the AI layout generator, the CRO and analytics tools, and the full white-label system for agencies. They also handled user management, publishing to Shopify, integrations, and all backend work. In the end, we received a complete SaaS product that our clients and partner agencies can use without any coding.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After launch, our clients started creating Shopify pages on their own without waiting for our team, which saved us a lot of time. Partner agencies also began using the white-label mode to onboard their clients. The platform works stable, publishes pages quickly, and the AI generator became a strong selling point that many users mention in feedback.

Their project management was very organized and clear from the start. We had a shared roadmap with all milestones, and they updated it every week so we always knew what was done and what was coming next. Most communication was in Slack, and the team replied quickly, even when we had unexpected changes. They stayed flexible with our requests and still kept the overall timeline under control.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing was how fast CIDT turned our ideas into working features. We often explained something in simple words, and they came back with a clean and ready solution without long discussions. Their ability to combine design, Shopify knowledge, and AI features in one product was also a big advantage for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Consider It Done Technologies could have done differently?

The only thing to improve is the initial UI drafts - a few screens needed extra tweaks
