I'm the Chief Marketing Officer of the Company and I handle the operations in Technology here.

For what projects/services did your company hire Codepaper, and what were your goals?

We wanted to introduce the points program for our guests for our hotel chain business. We worked with Codepaper to develop ad designed the points program for our guests.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them through referral. We hired them because they have the very talented young group of product design and development team. The key factor we hired Codepaper is they are the passionate about what they offer and provided us lots of valuable product suggestions before we make hiring decision.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They designed, developed and planned our complete loyalty program. They helped us develop the mobile application for our guests and dashboard iPad application for our team to manage the profile of the users.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 6 people who worked with our team. The best part about Codepaper was they provided us with a dedicated project manager and a customer success manager from whom we could get updates.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch the project on-time.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project management was great, especially with their Agile Clickup Board it was getting very easier for our team to manage the project deliverables.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had the direct access to their entire team on Slack, and the most impressive part is they offer service 7 days a week. Call your account rep anytime they will answer.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While the quality of work was great, but put everything in their tool but we don't get any summary of the meeting because they add all the suggestion directly on their tool(Clickup). Aside from that, I have no constructive feedback for them.
