I'm the CEO and founder of Sabbskin Canada a skin care international brand.

Our website was created over 3 years ago and had become outdated not updated properly. Since we didn't have in-house developers to invest in a new website, we hired this team to enhance design and organic reach for uswe . By doing this, we were hoping to improve our site's e-commerce functions and increase our traffic substantially by the end of the year.

After searching online and interviewing a few vendors, we worked with a few but were unsatisfied. My business friends recommended this company to me.

In several meetings, we discussed our goals and brand objectives. After that, the team delivered some data and wireframes for our brand, which were approved by management. The team developed some demo designs after a few meetings, and after consulting with them we decided to incorporate a contract form and payment processing.

The company CEO and project manager was our main source of contact. There were also graphic designers, developers, and copywriters working with us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching new marketing strategy we reduced 70% paid marketing budget and increase in Organic presence. We have worked with many ideas mutually. Hope for the best

We had daily WhatsApp communication with their team directly. if there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used WhatsApp, Zoom, Trello to coordinate and management.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are capable of building an eCommerce website. But it takes time to grasp the brand's vision and mission. They are passionate about their work and willing to take on any task. They are honest and professional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had some communication gap between the team and our company because of time zone but they quickly adopted our schedule and team. They need to improve in creative works.

After finalized, we had a meeting to discuss our goals and expected results. They understand our work flow and current business culture in a short duration. From there, they developed and trained our staff the latest techniques and adoption of technology. There was Digital advertising plan was awareness. then they started direct leads funnel and branding.

I worked closely with the few member of this organization. I think they all are like a one person think. overall I think they had good leader.

After hiring Clikum, in the first quarter of first compaign overall revenue incresed by 62%. We had significant improvment in overall sale and after sale customer feedback.

Its very flexible because of technology implementation and digitilization customer feedback in our system.

Commitment and delievry. They deliver more than what we expect.

I think they need to operate 24 hours or make more offices in the joint city.

What challenge were you trying to address with Clikum?

I wanted my website to appear at the top of Google search results, so I hired Clikum for SEO help.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provide SEO services. I did a little bit of research myself on keywords and provided a list to them. From there, they did their own research and told me I was right with my choices, but provided their own keywords as well. We have a close collaboration.

I’m not sure how many people are working on the project from their team. 

How did you come to work with Clikum?

I found them on Google and they came out on top — I contacted them immediately. They were the first ones I spoke to and I gave them the project.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $500 for the first month. Now, we spend $2,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2020 and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m satisfied with their work. In the first three months, my website started appearing on the first page of Google. I’m very happy and plan to continue working with them.

How did Clikum perform from a project management standpoint?

I’d give them a four out of five for project management. Sometimes they weren’t in contact with me and I’d be frustrated. They were sometimes a little late in getting back to me but they were pretty good about it. We use phone calls and WhatsApp to communicate.

They also make reports on a monthly basis. I haven’t given them any deadlines, I just told them I wanted my website to be at the top of search results. Whenever I ask for status updates, they’re ready to give them to me. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Overall, my experience has been good so far and I’m happy with the results. They deliver everything they promise. They told me in the first 2–3 months my website would be on the first page and they were right.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should improve their communication timing — sometimes they take a long time to reply and I'll get the monthly report 2–3 days late.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I don’t have much time so I haven’t, but go to their office, have face-to-face meetings, and see what they’re doing.
