We have a long history of collaborating on different projects together with Clickable. This time we needed an agency with enough skills, experience and fast turnaround times to deliver a pack of creatives on time for the ad campaign. Clickable were there to help us with the project.

First it was crucial to develop an HTML creative from materials we’ve provided. Then it was time to resize it and make localisations to a number of needed languages and pack all these creatives accordingly.

Creatives showed significant metrics in terms of CTR as well as cost per install and user retention. All these metrics contribute to a high campaign performance we are striving for

Two meetings were held to discuss this project. At the second meeting, two initial plans were completed. We provide feedback on the plan, and that allowed us to show them how we wanted the rest of the home page to look like. The agency gave us a final plan.

The landing page was great. We connected it to Bitrix and began to receive more applications by the end of the month.

Our goal was to find an agency that can close all our design needs and make it fast and beautifully. We need a design for our advertisers and as well for our clients. Unfortunately, we can't share that kind of information, as our clients don't share it with us as well, but we can say - they are happy and ask for more designs. The landing pages and banners that Clickable is creating for us are really cool and they do their job.

Our account manager is in touch with us all the time. We can contact them after working hours but they are answering us.

Looking back at our project with Clickable, it's hard to identify any glaring areas that need improvement because they really outdid themselves. We didn't encounter any significant problems or feel that any part of their service was lacking. If we had to suggest something for them to work on, it might be maintaining their high standards as they expand their offerings. The key is to keep up their excellent performance as they grow, rather than fixing any current shortcomings.
