Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Campaigns & Content Manager at PropChain, a blockchain powered real estate marketplace and comprehensive ecosystem.

For what projects/services did your company hire Clickable Agency?

Creating a mainstream brand name is an immovable goal for PropChain, and thus we needed a design agency that would translate our brand vision into tangible content in an experienced, creative and timely manner. Clickable has been servicing this for some time now and we are tremendously satisfied.

SOLUTION

How did you select Clickable Agency and what were the deciding factors?

We found Clickable through Dribbble, and after trying out their services for a week, we were astonished with how quickly they supply us with content, how easy and efficient communication with PM's is and how well their content is made.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project entailed an initial week where we got familiar with each other's businesses and work flows & ethics. After that, we began working closely. Clickable started off by simply making basic templates and banner posts for our Instagram profile, but quickly, they began supplying us with creatives for all our outlets.

These include reports, social media artwork, animations, advertisements, our personal 3D characters and much more. We plan to continue working with Clickable for the foreseeable future.

How many resources from the Clickable Agency team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have worked with two project managers, both have been tremendously competent and a joy to work with due to their efficiency, kindness, work ethic, and determination to deliver. On the back end, we have worked with a number of designers ranging from 3-10 designers, however, we have never been in direct contact with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have managed to reach 4,000 Instagram followers through building an aesthetically pleasing, eye catching, and engaging profile. We have also managed to engage our community through templates and quarterly reports made by PropChain.

All of this aside, if not for Clickable making our team pictures and internal designs, PropChain would not have been able to achieve its incredible working culture and family feel as quickly as we did.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow is optimal. We have used direct communication on Monday.com and WhatsApp to communicate back and forth with the project managers and this has been working extremely efficiently for both parties.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How determined they are to continue delivering the same way they always have if not better despite facing extremely difficult atmospheres currently in the Ukraine. They seem to have amazing synergy internally, which we can see without communicating with all of the team. It is apparent in their work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing to note on this side. We have been completely satisfied with their work and have yet to encounter any hiccup. The only piece of feedback is maybe to better proofread some of the spelling in creatives but this has not been a recurring event and it takes less than a second to fix.

We have very demding customers in terms of the graphics and design so need a lot of updated and promo material for these reasons.

Have regular updates of the promo material, website layout, navigation, product and website graphics.

We have tried many freelance desginers untill found out that working with Clickable Agency is much more efficient, time consuming and easy not only for ocmmunications but also desgin tasks escalations.

Our project/ work with Clickable Agency covers all of our web design and graphics needs: website elements, products, promos and any other really.

What was the team composition?

We are working with very professional project manager from Clickable agency so all of our pain working with freelncers went away after that. After specs are agreed their PM escaltes tasks to their agency designers via project management software. Also we have our own project maangement software where we are tracking design tasks with help of their PM.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are highly satisfied with our collaboration with Clickable agency. They provide us iwth very high quality works, clear communication and professional approach in overall.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow is highly effective via Skype and project management software. In both places tasks and communications are very well maintained and looked after.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I think the level of intial understanding of the task escalation is impressive as tasks are simply taken and being worked on without any unnecessary steps/communications.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We are pretty much satisfied with every aspect of working with Clickable Agency, and wich we could outsource to them other areas of our business.
