Applications have already increased by 150%, and the metrics that we track for our website (number of visitors, bounce rates, new contacts) have improved considerably. We’ve increased our online engagement from paid advertising, and our awareness in the marketplace is constantly increasing.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We have strong lines of communication with regular email correspondence and telephone calls. We also make use of the project management tool Monday. Catalyst responds in a timely and informed manner, and this enables us to remain agile in our response to market opportunities.
