Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Owner of Rented Truck Driver We provide clients with drivers for rental moving trucks, RVs, and all large equipment. https://rentedtruckdriver.com/ 833 783 6683
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Buzzworthy Integrated Marketing, and what were your goals?
I had strong organic SEO results and a good pay-per-click campaign. I had a business to run and did not want to be a slave to my SEO. The problem was that all the so-called "SEO professionals were just not professional. Being that I knew a little bit about SEO I asked questions that the "Pros" weren't ready for. I tried working with over a dozen digital marketing companies and I quickly realized that they were not going to help my ranking but they would hurt it. Google smells stunts a mile away. I was not going to have all of my hard work destroyed by a hack that knew a few buzz words.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I brought Michael Buzinski and his team at Buzzworthy to take over my search engine optimization and manage my content marketing interests. As stated, I worked very hard on my own after some very bad experiences with other digital marketing companies, so I was very cautious about pulling the trigger. But my trust in Buzzworthy grew every time I talked with Michael. He didn’t talk “at” me and he was honest about what his firm could and couldn’t do. He also set clear expectations for my first six months of working with his company.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
I hired Buzzworthy in February 2021 on a six-month retainer agreement, which I definitely plan on extending. Within three months of our agreement, they were doing so well I added Google AdWords management to their scope of work. I am happy to say I am very happy I have. Buzzworthy started producing measurable results with my SEO within 60 days of hiring them, even though Buzz (Michael’s nickname) told me it could take three to six months.
He and Victoria (my main SEO point of contact) reviewed reports with me about four months into our engagement. Some of the highlights included: 12% increase in organic search visibility 10 new keywords in the top three 17 new keywords in the top 10 18 new keywords in the top 20 I have seen a lot of erroneous numbers thrown at me in the past by marketing folks so, in general, marketing stats usually don’t excite me.
But I got really excited when they started showing me which keywords they were able to bolster in the first four months. Here is a couple that stood out to me. “Hire a driver” with about 2400 searches a month increased 9 places from the second page to #6 on the first page. “Uhaul moving help” with about 8100 searches per month bumped 77 places “Rent a moving truck” with 135,000 searches a month bumped 12 places They have also improved 6 competitive keywords I already had in the top three to number one. About 90 days into my dealing with Buzzworthy, I decided to hand over my Google Ads account to manage.
Their second-level effort has not disappointed. Just 45 days in and they are already showing me results: Click-through rate has increased 300% from averaging around 2% to over 6% They reduced my cost per click 33%. Best of all, they reduced my cost per conversion 75% from $28.84 to $7.30 IN 45 DAYS! My results have been wonderful, but I also want to mention that Buzz and his team are very responsive. I always get my emails and any missed calls returned fast, usually within an hour or so and always within the business day.
Buzz allows me to talk directly to my main SEO person, which really shows his trust in his team and shows me that American professionals are attending to my account. I want future potential clients to know that if they have been burned in the past by digital marketers or are hesitant to relinquish control of their hard work in fear of it all falling apart, they should give Buzzworthy a shot. They do what they say they are going to do and they do it very well.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Michael the owner and Victoria his right hand worked directly with me. Both were kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Great people to work with. They have a support team of writers and programmers that I had no reason to meet.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Buzzworthy started producing measurable results with my SEO within 60 days of hiring them, even though Buzz (Michael’s nickname) told me it could take three to six months. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I want future potential clients to know that if they have been burned in the past by digital marketers or are hesitant to relinquish control of their hard work in fear of it all falling apart, they should give Buzzworthy a shot. They do what they say they are going to do and they do it very well.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I would change nothing about Buzzworthy or the plan of action that they created, and that I continue to use.

A youth social services organization was looking to improve their web traffic and digital presence, so they hired Buzzworthy Integrated Marketing for their SEO and consultation services.
Since partnering with Buzzworthy Integrated Marketing, the company has increased their overall website traffic, as well as achieving record traffic rates. The client is particularly impressed with the team's software, as it has given them the ability to further improve their website.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the communications specialist for a youth social services program. We provide behavioral health services such as mental health and substance use counseling. We also have a kinship family program that provides free resources and support for Alaskans raising relative children — like grandparents raising grandchildren. Additionally, we have a permanent supportive housing program, that provides affordable housing and resources for young adults experiencing homelessness.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Buzzworthy Integrated Marketing?
We wanted to improve our website traffic, specifically our SEO, because we knew it was important to drive search traffic to our website.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Buzzworthy Integrated Marketing helps us with SEO to improve our search appearance on Google. Our key goal as a nonprofit is to reach caregivers, who are looking for support for their children who are experiencing mental health difficulties and substance use.
At the beginning of our engagement, they provided us with a software that presents us with ways to improve our SEO on our own time without spending tons of money. It gives us actions we can take on various pages for keywords, and it helps us makes sure have the right headers, meta description, and everything that goes into making the pages look friendly to Google. While the team doesn’t write content for us, the software gives us ideas for the content we can put.
Apart from that, they also provide us with direct consultations every month, where we just talk about past performance and what’s currently being worked on.
How did you come to work with Buzzworthy Integrated Marketing?
We previously did some video and photography projects with their larger team. We trusted Buzzworthy and knew their expertise, so we asked if they provide SEO services and they just happened to have this great software to help us. We ran through the website together with my supervisor at the time, and we saw a really good opportunity to do exactly what we wanted.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve spent less than $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in December 2020 and the partnership is still ongoing. Our initial agreement ends next month, but we have every plan to continue working with them on our SEO projects in the future.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our website traffic has increased and has reached record traffic rates in the last couple of months. Of course, there are a lot of different things that go into that, but that kind of correlates directly with all the SEO improvements we’ve been doing. We’re currently number one with some of our core keywords like behavioral health, which is pretty incredible, and I can directly attribute that to all the digital software that they’ve given us.
Right now, based on what we’re seeing with these keywords in traffic, we’re discovering ways we can enhance our website in terms of providing specific information.
How did Buzzworthy Integrated Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
We mostly communicate through email, and then we have our monthly consultations over Zoom. Their communication style is great, and they have a lot of helpful links through their software that directly answers our questions. Moreover, they’re super knowledgeable and they provide us with great insight to really help grow and develop our website and reach our audience.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It’s worth mentioning that the software program they’ve developed has been incredible. Whether I have ten minutes or a couple of hours to work, it always provides me with a list of actions, how long they’re going to take, and how to do them. It’s a great software and I definitely recommend it, especially to nonprofits.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only thing I wish I could improve is to have more time to work on SEO, but then again, the software makes it super easy for me to work whenever I do have the time.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would just say to get the most of the engagement, because Buzzworthy provides so much, and they’re just so helpful in everything. There’s plenty of opportunities with the software they created related to our project — we just don’t do it because we have such a small budget as a nonprofit.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the VP of American Landscaping.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Buzzworthy Integrated Marketing?
We were trying to get ourselves disassociated with the task of marketing since it was consuming a lot of our time. We hired Buzzworthy because we didn’t want to be focusing on that task.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Buzzworthy’s team is doing lock, stock, and barrel. They take care of our internet presence, radio, and voiceovers. They manage anything and everything associated with the marketing and advertising of our company. Not only that, but they also had a hand in modifying our logo. We updated it from when the company was starting in 1976.
What is the team composition?
We wanted as little involvement as possible, so I’m not sure of the people involved in the project, but I believe that there’s a project manager, a branding specialist, and a web designer.
How did you come to work with Buzzworthy Integrated Marketing?
I met Michael (CMO) at one of the business get-togethers. He was looking for clients who needed all facets of advertising. I wasn't really looking for a new advertising company — I didn't know I was interested in it until I met him.
How much have you invested with them?
We have a monthly fee of around $5,000 that we pay for our web hosting and other services. If we have special projects, then it would cost more.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working with Buzzworthy since November 2010, and it's ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I don't have any specific metrics. However, I'm very happy with what they've done and the amount of involvement that I've had to have in the project — which is minimal to none. I’ve been able to have more time to do other important tasks within my business.
How did Buzzworthy Integrated Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate via email, phone, and personal meetings. We were pretty well established before COVID-19 came around, so we already had our communications going, and we weren't affected much by that. However, at the onset, we needed our handheld on passing our information over to them, so they could handle it all.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are super knowledgeable. Their group knows a lot about their industry, and they’re super helpful. They give you a personalized experience and make you feel like you're number one on their list.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, we're happy with what they're doing. We pay less and feel like our phone is ringing more.
Any advice for potential customers?
Trust them with what they’re telling you because they know the industry.

Buzzworthy Integrated Marketing has helped the client acquire an organic search traffic six times bigger than they previously had. They've also increased the client's click-through rate by 110%. The team's excellent communication skills and responsiveness make this partnership a great experience.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this

transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of Clean Impact Commercial Cleaning. We’re one of the greatest cleaning companies, and we do commercial cleaning for professional settings, including schools, hospitals, and office buildings.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Buzzworthy Integrated Marketing?
Before Buzzworthy was onboarded, our website was attacked and infected with malware. This happened in March 2020, right at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. The malware caused our website to shut down. Therefore, Google Ads didn’t want to run any of our ads.
The website was down for three months during the most critical part of our growth, which was a nightmare for us. We had to get all of that fixed.
In addition to that, we hired Buzzworthy to increase our brand awareness. We needed to validate our presence on Google, play by the rules, and be at the top of the pages. Ultimately, we wanted to attract customers with the same values that were looking for our professional services.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Buzzworthy helped us remove the malware. They rebuilt our website in a new platform to completely remove any issues.
Buzzworthy has optimized our website, and they currently manage our SEO efforts. They started with the backend work, including keyword implementation and linked pages. They also help us make our blogs look pretty. In addition to that, they help us be more functional and present on Google when it comes to website crawling and algorithms.
We just started the process for Google Ads. We’re planning to start doing that with Buzzworthy at the beginning of June 2021.
What is the team composition?
I work with Michael (CMO) and his team.
How did you come to work with Buzzworthy Integrated Marketing?
I met Michael at a small business incubator in Springfield that has shared office spaces. While we were in that office, we had a few conversations. I liked his professionalism, knowledge, and ability to make anyone understand the industry.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend under $10,000 per month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in August 2020, and the partnership is ongoing. As we see the value that Buzzworthy provides, we continue to upgrade our services with them to encompass the growth and scale that we’re looking for.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Buzzworthy has jumped five keyword phrases on ten pages — we’re in the top three positions right now. Even without our Google Ads, all of our keywords are in the number one position for organic growth.
We’ve seen an increase in our organic growth search traffic of about six times what we had. Also, our click-through rate (CTR) has increased by 110%. We’ve experienced pretty great results.
How did Buzzworthy Integrated Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
Buzzworthy’s team is excellent. They respond very quickly and help out whenever the need arises. We communicate via email and phone, and the conversations are short and sweet. We also have a few Zoom conferences, where we share our screen to compose our ideas and try to push the needle a little bit.
Patience is very important because this type of work doesn’t happen overnight, and Buzzworthy always reminds us of that. They send us reminders of tasks to perform for the month, such as sending out blogs and pictures. They also tell us what activities they’re going to perform, including optimizing something, uploading content to the website, or getting something on Google My Business.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I haven’t worked with any other marketers besides Buzzworthy, so I don’t have a lot to compare them to. Based on my own experience, I like the fact that they’re down to hearth. Buzzworthy can explain and illustrate everything in a way that makes sense to us, even though we’re not part of this environment.
Additionally, I like the fact that they tell us what tasks should be performed, especially when I don’t know what I’m doing. They’ll tell me what to do, I do it, and then they make it look pretty.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Everyone could always improve — I’m improving every second of every day. Getting the task lists would be something very useful. Buzzworthy didn’t ask for many tasks because we gave them so much upfront. Therefore, they had artillery to use throughout the month, and they were working on the backend getting everything up and running.
The speed of the process is a little slow, but I move very fast. It’s hard to be patient when you have no patience.
Any advice for potential customers?
Pull the trigger. The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, and the next best time is right now.
