Web-based video calling application which helps to unite families during the corona crisis. You can make calls, see all your relatives and read the religious text together on one screen synchronously with your family members.

Crypto trading platform
Crypto trading platform created from scratch to enable trading on multiple exchanges at a time. Created API Bridges to BitFinex, Bitstamp, Binance and Bitrex exchanges. 2-factor authentication enabled.

Real time subscriber monitoring platform
Our task was to provide a real-time 24/7 monitoring platform which gives you a possibility to monitor the load of your network, common congestions, predict congestions, detect average level of the signal in a specific area immediately without any delays and react blazingly fast. Detect areas that are empty on some specific time frames and make a repairment disturbing your subscribers as minimum as possible.
Our platform consists of three main parts:
- A module that collects data, transforms and load to the warehouse.
- The module that combines, aggregates and prepares the data.
- UI module to visualize the actual data on the screen with the possibility to filter out by area, time, type of subscribers, mobile device type and so on.

Customer profile analytics platform
Our client has a lot of survey data and he wanted to build a product based on that data. The service should display the data about customer persona with specific characteristics.
Our goal was to combine all kind of surveys data provided all over the US. Combine, aggregate, filter unnecessary noise, fill the gaps by machine learning and visualize the results in a comfortable way on modern and fast UI.
We created the module that collects survey data, transforms and loads to the warehouse. On the next phase we enrich data, fill the gaps by ML algorithms. The final step is to display the data.
UI module gives you the possibility to log-in, choose your payment plan, select filters that you are interested in and perform the actual search. Results of that search are presented in a way that makes it easy to consume.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the Product manager of a web service in the field of affiliate marketing.
For what projects/services did your company hire Broscorp, and what were your goals?
We had a complex product on Java and Angular with multiple API integrations, developed by another vendor. Our goal was to fine-tune the project so it was ready to go live as soon as possible.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We reached them out through a referral. The deciding factors were their experience with the tech stack (Java (Spring), Angular) we needed and a reasonable price.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Our project is run by Java (Spring) and Angular. They started by reviewing the codebase, project infrastructure, and roadmap. Soon after, we got the suggested action list to meet our business goals at the nearest possible time. Along with this, they outlined possible project risks in terms of scalability and preventive activities for both middle and long perspectives. They continued by migrating to the new server and did all DevOps work. As the project was moving to its production release, we, at first, ran into troubles on literally every next step due to a technical debt we encountered. They had to change project architecture, fix legacy issues, refactor existing code and design new business logic simultaneously. Nevertheless, the project launched in a couple of 2-week sprints.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
In the very begining, we worked with their Tech Lead and a Middle Full-Stack developer. Later on, a Junior Full-Stack developer joined the team.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our product is organic traffic-centered. Meeting users' needs is crucial. Hence, steadily increasing traffic volumes since the project launch date is proof of a good job.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Both communication and project management was excellent. They created for us a project in Jira. The process was organized according to project management best practices. In a few weeks, though, we decided to move to our internal task tracker as we wanted to keep and share all project documentation on our end. We mainly communicated through Slack and Google Meet.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Transparency. You have direct access to the team and save tons of time that any middleman consumes. Agility. You will never hear complaints about changing requirements. They are flexible and responsive, even when outside of their direct area of expertise. Whenever we had a problem, there has never been a time they have left us without a solution. They are totally customer- and business-oriented. A high sense of responsibility. They've taken our project as their own, noticed missing parts in requirements and suggested reasonable solutions.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Perfectionism and a high sense of responsibility are their strengths and weaknesses at the same time. Sometimes, you have to persuade them to release imperfect solutions in order to do it quickly.

What challenge were you trying to address with Broscorp?
We needed software solutions for our business.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Broscorp has provided custom software development using Java, ElasticSearch, Cosmos DB, Azure, and C++. The product is an in-house augmented intelligence tool for clients to get analytics about their systems; Broscorp’s team is reworking and rewriting it from the ground up and continuously improving the platform.
They do monthly rollouts of bug fixes, enhancements, new features, and new modules. Their team handles everything from Scrum to the development, QA, and deployment of the coding. We have a 24/7 organization that provides great service with good product support to ensure that we have a solid product.

We started working together in November 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.

Around 50–60 large corporations in our managed services department have been using our tool. Overall, we’re 100% satisfied with their work, and I have no complaints — they’ve exceeded my expectations.
How did Broscorp perform from a project management standpoint?
I handle the project management, but they’re a good reliable team and have perfectly met the established budgets. We’ve been using a ticketing system via Jira, and we have daily Scrums. In terms of communication, we use Microsoft Teams, email, and video calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Besides their development work, their strategic advice is outstanding. They have a good understanding of our needs, which helps us steer us away from mistakes or developing things that are inefficient and might cause grief down the road.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I haven’t had any issues, and I love how they work.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Ensure that you understand your own requirements before going to them.

For what projects/services did your company hire Broscorp, and what were your goals?
Broscorp were hired to help us develop all aspects of the Artlink webapp portal ranging from front end UX, back end database + object storage as well as web3 connectivity features (wallet connections, minting etc). They were also charged with implementing the Trulioo EmbedID KYC solution which has proven to be quite advantageous and simplistic.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Broscorp originally came recommended to us by the team over at Prosper App and Pulsr DAO for the development of a separate app relating to cryptocurrency trading however through our interactions with them we were extremely impressed at their level of detail, organization and focus on delivering a quality outcome.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The scope of work was split up into 3 major modules to be delivered over the course of 6 months, namely;

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Generally at all times there were 5 people;
- Project Sponsor
- Senior Back End Engineer
- Junior Back End Engineer
- Front end developer
- Project manager
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We are yet to launch the website as it stands however general feedback from UAT performed by my team have been very positive in that the website is responsive, intuitive and has visually appealing aesthetics.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Project management style was in line with agile and scrum methodologies and the team are very flexible with regards to choice of tools, particularly in light of the fact that they chose to use Asana and also ClickUp.
Team also made great use of tools such as Coda, Miro and Google Slides for clarification on all things requirements and user stories. Frequent communication, updates and timely meeting attendance are all 3 hallmarks of the Broscorp team, they excel in this area.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Overall, Broscorp is receptive to feedback and always eager to make improvements where required. The level of understanding, flexibility, and patience that the team has was very helpful, as was the level of technical competence and depth of experience. It really helps give me confidence about deliverables, timelines and expectations in general. The Broscorp team truly live up to their name of being your "Bros" and that they are on your side.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There was some initial feedback provided by myself around UX aesthetics (font positioning & colours) however the team were very responsive and able to address it very quickly by providing some mock-ups.

“They got the job done. I’m excited about working with them again in the future.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the VP of communications at Archipelago, a management consulting company focused on addressing accountabilities, efficiencies, and productivity in megaprojects.
What challenge were you trying to address with Broscorp?
Broscorp created a tool to help us address some of the challenges in our existing processes.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed a project management software that helps users complete their tasks on time by assigning deliverables to different people, managing deadlines, and tracking their progress. It also helps keep people accountable by assigning health scores depending on how close they are to completing a project.
When we began the project, Broscorp helped us scope out exactly what we needed. We discussed what our workflow should look like and what problems we needed to address. From there, we went over the architecture, UI, and front- and backend. Then we talked through what reporting capabilities and APIs we wanted to include.
Even though they suggested that we rebuild our MVP with a more sustainable and robust programming language, they were willing to use the programming language that we inherited from our MVP. They used Power BI and Ruby on Rails to develop the platform.
What is the team composition?
I work directly with their leadership team and a project manager.
How did you come to work with Broscorp?
We were thinking about partnering with another company in our industry, and when we talked to them, they recommended Broscorp. They worked together in the past and they told us about their partnership. After that, we reached out to Broscorp directly and they walked us through a few of the projects they’ve worked on in the past.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted from August 2020–January 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They were very focused on delivering exactly what we wanted. They got the job done. I’m excited about working with them again in the future.
How did Broscorp perform from a project management standpoint?
They used Jira to manage the project and track bugs that came up during testing. We were unfamiliar with Jira, so they coached us through how to use it.
They also accommodated our schedule. We met regularly on Zoom, but we also used Slack to communicate as things came up.
Generally, they managed the project well. On one occasion, though, they didn’t communicate how an issue would impact our budget when it, but that was quickly resolved.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was very impressed by their attention to detail. Unlike other partners we’ve worked with, Broscorp tried to improve the final product by making suggestions and explaining why it would be better to tackle a problem in a certain way. They explained the process to us well enough that we could understand it even though we didn’t come from a technical background.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Our experience with them has been excellent, but they could develop their UI capabilities more.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
New clients should have a clear understanding of what their intentions are. Broscorp can still help them if they don’t know exactly what they want, but they need to understand their end-goal to make suggestions.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of iZone, a consulting company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Broscorp?
I needed to bring in additional resources to help me with several projects. Although I knew what I wanted, I didn’t have the skills to execute my plan myself. I needed a partner with hands-on experience.
What was the scope of their involvement?
In the beginning, I sent my requirements to Broscorp and they asked some questions. I then revised the document and clarified what I needed. From there, they explained several options for me to choose from.
For our first project together, they used Java and worked on the backend, but over the last year and a half, they’ve been working on both the front- and backend.
Now that we’ve been working together for a while, our process looks a little different. I usually show them screenshots of what I’m looking for so they understand the concept. Then they take notes and ask questions to understand what tools I’d like them to use and if they need to use a third-party API. After that, they document my requirements.
What is the team composition?
When we begin a new project, I work directly with Daniel (CEO & Lead Software Developer) and occasionally 1–2 of his employees.
How did you come to work with Broscorp?
I found them on Upwork. I spoke to five different teams about my project but selected Broscorp because they asked some really good questions and clearly knew what I was talking about.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $5,000–$10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in April 2019 and our partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They deliver top-quality work. Their programming is up-to-date with the latest versions and best practices for Java development.
Unlike other providers I’ve worked with, they ask questions to make sure their deliverables match my expectations. Whenever I need something, they come up with a suggestion on how to do it.
Additionally, they’ve reduced my workload by taking over the requirements documentation process.
How did Broscorp perform from a project management standpoint?
Although it’s a big project, they manage it well by following an agile approach.
On top of that, Daniel is easy to communicate with and his English is very good. I can reach them through Skype, Upwork, or Microsoft Teams.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’ve worked with many other companies, but only Broscorp has presented different options and asked me for my preferences. They’re clearly committed to delivering what I need.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I wish they would hire some more people. The other day, I asked if they could onboard another frontend developer, but no one is available for the next few weeks.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
New clients should be as transparent as they can. They will ask the right questions to align the projects the right way.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of flightPOS. We provide payment services to aviation retailers.
What challenge were you trying to address with Broscorp?
We’re a young company that needed help with data manipulation and beta handling. We required more development resources.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We incorporated Broscorp into our business, allowing them full access to our processes and task management system in Jira. Throughout the engagement, we’ve given them numerous tasks that involve our data. We gave them guidelines on how we wanted them integrated, and they come up with solutions within those boundaries. They managed that using AWS to provide a data lake solution and reporting system.
Once they produce the code, we review everything and build the product. We run it through our internal QA processes.
What is the team composition?
They have a team of six, but we’re primarily working with Danny (CEO). He tasks one of his junior developers occasionally.
How did you come to work with Broscorp?
I put a request out through one of the various freelancer websites. I believe it was UpWork. After putting down specifications of the type of group we were looking for, Broscorp was the best out of the ones I ended up talking to.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve invested around £6,000 (approximately $7,760 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement with Broscorp started in October 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The team at Broscorp has delivered everything that we needed. They’re always coming up with solutions. I’ve worked with other developers that have come into problems that just give up. Broscorp’s team comes back with options to solve any issues, allowing us to make the final decision.
How did Broscorp perform from a project management standpoint?
From a project management standpoint, their team is extremely organized. They’re well-structured, asking all of the right questions to ensure they’re working correctly. We use Slack and Google Meet for communication. They’re incredibly responsive, particularly 24 hours a day.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The team at Broscorp has gone out of their way to understand our business. They know exactly what we’re trying to deliver to our customers. Their team has become part of the company.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing that they can do to improve. Broscorp is the best and most reliable contractor we’ve had.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be honest and open. Trust their team. It’s difficult when you’re letting someone else look after your baby, but they seem to be a trustworthy group of guys.
