When we started our cooperation, there were several issues that were important for us. All were implemented by the company according to the plan. What was important to us?

1. Same website for people with disabilities and two language versions. All website content is available in two language versions. It also includes easy options to change text size, contrast, and an audio assistant for people with disabilities.
2. We can appreciate the design elements such as the combination of colours and contrast, combined with photos in red tones that reflect the event’s atmosphere.
3. Upcoming events. One of the most interesting features is the schedule. In addition, the different departments – location, artists, and events – have been logically linked to each other so that the user can quickly find the information they need and choose between buying a ticket for the event or watching it online. As a result, guests navigate the site intuitively, moving from one section to another easily.
4. The administrator can assign festival guests to two categories: artists or residents and assign them to any number of locations and events.
5. The site is very well optimised and fast because it was made in accordance with the requirements of WCAG 2.1 as well as prepared on the basis of WordPress and Advanced Custom Fields that includes a search engine based on keywords.
6. Newsletter integration. So you can subscribe to the newsletter and stay up to date.
7. The convenience of using the service and logical arrangement of content on the site.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Users report much greater satisfaction when it comes to using the site. Finding information is much easier.
• Managing the website, and adding new events or content is much more convenient, thanks to which we save time.

The Brave New team answered all questions very quickly. We received information about the materials we needed in advance, so we had time to prepare them. We also got enough time to get acquainted with the graphic design of the website, and the introduction of minor changes was quick.

The person responsible for the communication was assigned to the Project Manager, who answered our questions. The Project Manager also controlled the time spent on the project, so we launched the website on schedule. Additionally, UX/UI Designer and two developers were involved in the project what was was very valuable.

The schedule of events is well-designed. Users can sort events by dates, locations, and types. This is the most important functionality of the service and its operation is very intuitive. Brave New provided us with technical support during the festival itself, which gave us a sense of security because we knew we had someone to count on.

Everything was perfect! :)

Our organization works in compliance, specifically in the fight against money laundering, fraud and terrorist financing. With this, we support organizations that have been designated by the regulator as gatekeepers, for example lawyers, notaries, banks, brokers and insurance companies. My role is founder and owner.

A few things are needed to help the gatekeepers. Besides knowledge and support through real people, an online platform is indispensable, a place where research on a new client can be conducted, stored and reviewed. The platform must be made up of several components with the questionnaire at the center, a survey tool that is dynamic in terms of questions and rank order. The tool must also be dynamic towards the future, laws and regulations are changing rapidly so more and more is expected of the tool. Sometimes in questions, sometimes in new features.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Through my network, I ended up at BraveNew. In addition to this club from Poland, we had a Spanish and Dutch organization in the race. Deciding factors were (1) understanding and translating needs and thoughts well, (2) personal click, (3) proven services in history and (4) price. These components must be balanced; if one is missing, it's a no go.

Successively we worked on product specifications, technical specifications and development. In the first two phases we had intensive contact, then in the first period of development my role as a client was minimal. As soon as things become visible, I'm back in the picture, for example when working out UI and UX. Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The whole product is delivered in the agreed time. Agreed time for me is based on the indication given and interim timely communication when things run out. This went perfectly, it allowed us to go to the pilot customers to pick up feedback. Then we continued to develop based on this information, we are now in that phase.

We communicate via Slack, parallel also via WhatsApp and email but there it is not about the project. Issues and wishes come via ClickUp. UX/UI is worked out in Adobe and Miro. Responding is fast and informative. I live in the Netherlands, flew to Poland at the beginning of the project for a meeting and this was very valuable for the basis of the atmosphere and way of communication: as if they were friends and colleagues. Unique for an external party!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The approachable way of communicating, never making me feel "unintelligent" when I don't understand something technical and the flexibility during the project when I came up with adjustments or new insights.

Actually, nothing. These ladies and gentlemen know what they are doing.

We had outgrown our previous website and looked to hire someone to build us a complete new one with Wordpress. We required over 40 mini sites with booking systems (attached to our main site) for our franchisees, so they could all maintain and upload their own bookings with ease. Our main aim was that it looked clean, professional and fun and was easy to use for the customer.

After speaking on zoom with Andrew and our designer, we decided he seemed the most knowledgable and had a good understanding of what we were looking for. He made it sound simple and it was also set at a reasonable price.

They looked through our old site and carefully went through step by step he requirements we had, including what we liked about the old site and what we wanted to change. They worked very closely with me and the designer to ensure it matched what we where looking to achieve.

The director was our main contact, we also spoke to another person on the team to support with technical issues and other processes on the site where we needed to gain better understanding.

Our customers have commented on how great the new site is. Our franchisees find it much easier to use and are happy with the new look. Overall its everything we wanted and feel it has boosted our business.

Brilliant. The response rate is also in the same day. We are never waiting long for an answer / reply to a query and they are always keen to arrange a call to discuss if we need more support.

Guides for the team could potentially be simplified, so easier to follow, as some have very minimal experience with Wordpress. However overall we are very satisfied and very happy with our decision to use Brave New and would recommend to anyone.

The Galicia Jewish Museum is a unique place that combines educational, exhibition and event features. I am a curator of exhibitions at this institution.

The goal of the collaboration was to create an online version of the exhibition. Our museum had an exhibition that we wanted to make an online version and an offline for display on equipment that would visit equal exhibitions around the world. We wanted to replicate the exhibition from the museum in an online version. The graphic designer took the color scheme used in the exhibition and transferred that to the website.

We wanted the site to be able to be displayed online but also on desktop hardware without access to the web. The second but not least goal was to display images, videos in good quality and optimize the site despite the large amount of content.

The Galicia Jewish Museum in Krakow has already collaborated with Brave New on other projects, so knowledge of our business was certainly a value when choosing the company to work with.

The design was meant to reflect the content of the exhibits on view at the museum. We wanted the site to be scroll-based so that the user would have as little clicking as possible and that most things would work automatically. In addition, we needed such a solution to display the exhibition in an offline version on a touring exhibition of muses around the world. Brave New used HTML, SCSS, JS, GSAP library for animation so that the project meets all our expectations.

The main goal of this project was to refresh the design of websites in our company and make consistent communication on the Internet. We put the presentation of our brands' offerings first. Our brands offer many services: moto events, driver training, rides in sports cars. We wanted users on the site to easily find all the information and feel the excitement of these activities. On the site, we wanted to present a lot of video footage, photos and in an attractive way present all the cars in our offer, which are aimed at corporate and individual customers

We came to Brave New on a recommendation because the people in our team had previously had the opportunity to work with the team on another project.

The project was a bit complicated because at the beginning, in the specification step we had to take into account the structure of all pages. After the mockup, and design step we moved to development. The first service we have done was SJS Driving Experience and on these bases, we then created second and third websites for our brands. At the same time, a virtual showcase was created with references to all pages. After creating all the pages, we decided that we wanted to rebuild the offer page and the Brave New team prepared a new proposal for us as part of additional programming work. On all steps communication in the project was fluent and we could count on support from the Project Manager and Project Supervisor. In the end, we got hints on how to manage websites from the admin panel and free subscription care of websites for 3 months.

The main goal of this project was to create a platform for booking the dates of our company's clients. We wanted to implement the contact form, automatically inform the administrator, consultant and client about booking an appointment and automatically delete booked appointments from the website.

The main goal of this project was to refresh the design of the online store's website and adjust it to our other brand, under which we also sell products online. First of all, we wanted to refresh the design while maintaining the existing functionalities.

Fast and simple purchasing process is important to our customers. We use many functionalities to operate our store, therefore we wanted all integrations to work also on the new website and then be adapted to the store of our second brand.

The first stage of work was writing down the specifications. The Brave New team has previously worked on our website, so they knew which elements to pay attention to when developing the structure and operation of the new website. Then the website design was prepared with all purchasing steps and the third step was coding the website. Website was adjusted to the mobile version.

After adding the products and launching the website, the website was being tested for about three weeks. We made all the necessary changes and after that time the website template was adapted to the second brand. Also on the second page, all the necessary marketing and ordering tools and online payments have been implemented.

We are very happy about the stores' designs, with improved purchasing process. We know that site refreshment is usually much more complicated than setting it up from scratch (as it contains all legacy data and integrations) and Brave New took on the challenge and delivered what was promised.

Our comments were quickly introduced and after the website was implemented, we received several months of support in servicing the stores. Our product is based on an absorptive carrier material which is soaked with flavoring agents and fog liquids. The carrier is a 100 % natural raw material being anorganic and highly temperature stable. This ensures that the product does not burn or smolder when heated, but only the flavored liquids are evaporated.

The Institute of Urban Development was founded in 2002 based on the decision of the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction who decided to merge the Krakow branch of the Institute of Spatial and Municipal Management (founded in 1977) with the Institute of Housing Management (operating since 1950).

We have hired Brave New to prepare website/portal for our institute - for one of the most important project in the last 3 years. Project started with preparing design and implementation for our website "Urban Lab". Subpages “Wydarzenia” and “Dobre praktyki” were very important for us because they present urban solutions from around the world.

The next stage was preparing a website for the project "Wiecej ładu" including modified graphic design. In this case, the most important functionality was the map that shows the location of urban projects in many cities The last stage was the website "New Urban Pact" where we needed help with adding content. At every stage, we received support for our ideas. Their good communication was the key to mutual understanding.

The main person supervising the project was Michał Maj. We also had contact with programmers and content managers.

After launching the websites more people could find us with our work, projects and also for us it was the best form of promoting our activities to find new clients ;)

The admin dashboard is made to be as simple as it could be. We received video tutorials on how to deal with the website and how to add content. When the project was finished we had 3 months support, during which we had help every time we needed.

It was so good cooperation, so I will be glad to have that kind of cooperation with other partners!
