Brand Bureau is a brand-led experience design studio. We are a diverse team of designers and strategists, united by a passion for connecting people and places through shared experience. We believe that the concept of hospitality is no longer restricted to restaurants, bars and hotels. At Brand Bureau, we use our unique expertise in hospitality to inform every aspect of the guest experience, from brand strategy to interior design. We call this Hospitable Thinking, and it we use this approach to build powerful emotional connection into every brand we develop, every space we design and every experience we define. We combine brand development, experience strategy and interior design in an integrated offering for hospitality, travel, retail and lifestyle brands. We are based in New York City and are part of the AvroKO Group: an award-winning global collective of hospitality strategists, architects, designers, owners and operators AvroKO has established a new paradigm in the hospitality industry, bringing design, strategy, branding, operations and culinary development together into one integrated offering.
