I'm the Operations Manager for an EduTech company. We provide online tutoring for school-aged children in both Australia and New Zealand, matched to their local curriculum through our innovative, purpose-built learning platform.
For what projects/services did your company hire Booth & Partners, and what were your goals??
As our business was growing, we were looking for a way to provide continued, quality customer service while managing our costs. We were in need of skilled customer service and technical agents to assist our customers across a large portion of the day due to the timezones we operate across.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched for companies to partner with in providing already trained/skilled workers and met with several companies. Booth and Partners were very responsive, efficient and able to provide the right mix of skills for the agents we required.

The agents we hired through Booth and Partners have been integrated seamlessly into our existing customer service and technical teams. They assist us in providing coverage from 6am to 9pm each day and have all been trained in the specifics of our business so that they can attend to any customer query they receive whether it is via phone, email, SMS or instant chat.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
Our account managers are B&P are great. The hiring process was made really simple for us, and we found the calibration sessions we did after our first couple of interviews to be extremely helpful. We were able to advise what we though was right for us and what we felt was lacking and they tailored future candidates to meet this better. We now have 25 agents working with is on an ongoing basis, and B&P is very responsive to anything we need.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the service?
We've been so pleased with our overall experience with B&P. The agents are of a very high standard and meet all our requirements, the team at B&P are extremely responsive and supportive. We have had great success with scaling our business with the help of these agents.

The team are completely integrated with our customer service team, so they use all our internal communications, CRM and tools to complete their work. We are in constant communication with them through our instant messaging app and they are all exceptionally fast learners who love feedback and achieve great results.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We were impressed by the level of candidates we were initially presented with, and by B&P's ability to provide us with such high-quality candidates within very tight timelines. They really listened to what we needed and adjusted whenever we provided feedback.
