I'm the CEO of a web development and design company. Our services include rebranding, web and app development, UX & UI design and more.

Our business growth had slowed down, since most of our leads were through referrals and word of mouth. We wanted to generate more opportunities for our business and be more in control of the lead generation process. They reached out to us over cold email, we interviewed them twice and were hesitant to hire them at first because of our last experience with the other marketing company. They put together a plan for us and we went through it together on a third meeting; we really liked the plan and felt like they were experienced & knew what they were talking about. After beginning with a series of discovery calls, they learned about our business goals and made an Ideal customer profile and an outreach plan; after our approval of the plan, they built lead lists that match our criteria and started buying domains and warming them up for outreach. During the warmup period, they did some outreach using LinkedIn and cold calls. After 2 weeks of warm-up, they started sending cold emails.

What was the team composition?

I've worked directly with their CEO, in addition to an email strategist and a sales development representative. They communicated with me directly, or with my cofounder when I was unavailable.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In just the first 2 weeks of outreach they delivered on their promise of 10 meetings. After the email warmup period ended and they started sending cold emails, we saw even more amazing results. How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They sent me brief weekly reports over email. They also sent longer biweekly and monthly reports that we go over togother during a meeting, reviewing results and discussing next steps. We also communicated by email almost daily. They're really helpful and responsive and they asked for our feedback every step of the way.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They deliver! The results exceeded our expectations, in terms of both the number of deals aquired through their efforts AND the type of clients they've landed. They truly care about our business and put in effort in understanding our specific needs and goals. They're also great communicators.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
