At this stage we are early in this revised relationship that started in November but so far we cna see a slight increase isn quality leads but this is off a low base and we hope to make that more fruitful going forward.

The service is mutual as we are partners for Blu Mint Digital to provide with the best approaches and insights for their clients activities on global platforms. Provide with best practices on the platforms and up to date insights from the channels. As Facebook ASP, Httpool provides Blu Mint Digital with ad accounts which gives them access to Httpool full services and can be adapted to their clients also.

It's an mutual partnership on both sides. As we are region ASP, they approached to us and there it all started. We are very eager to do business with agencies as it helps out with our onboarding also for end clients.

Mostly consultation and troubleshooting for their clients. Also trainings to end clients and educating about different options on the platform.

Client Partner directly works with Blu Mint Managers. Httpool also includes different CSM's depending on the workload and necessities their clients needs.

With the partnership we manage to onboard clients quickly and eases the onboarding process for us. And we offer great value to them also by being the bridge between the platforms. So it's a great symbiosis.

It's been great so far and things move very fast. Everyone knows what needs to be done and what options are available for the clients. This loses opportunity that someone over sells etc.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Transparency between them and their clients. Also very quick by understanding the whole process and business can move forward with their clients very well.

I think at the moment there's hard to bring anything out, but so far the partnership have moved along very well and smooth.

In two days since partnering, we had a strategy list for digital marketing. Starting with optimising our PPC ads with a plethora of things to try, and not only Google Ads.

We set up clearer remarketing lists and amended keyword and audience targeting options. Most of our work involved content creation and backlinking.

• We have a professional blog with keyword-rich and interesting content.
• Our time on site for the redesigned web pages has grown over 200%.

A lot of companies were considered but we decided to choose Blu Mint because we found a lot of great feedback on them as a reliable and professional company. Businesses were really getting good results in cooperation with them. After contacting the Blu Mint team and explaining our expectations, we felt like they understood our goals and were motivated to help us achieve them. For me as a marketing manager, the chance to meet them in person was also important.

First we had a series of meeting online to make sure Blu Mint was familiar with our product as well as our goals regarding marketing. We also wanted them to see who our target audience and main competitors are. A lot of time was spent on analyzing our current marketing strategy, home page and target keywords as well. Our first goal was to make structural changes to our website to make it more SEO and user friendly. They suggested some design changes to make our call to action buttons more clearer and really make our potential customers to want to try our free demo. At first we had some guest blog posts written by them as well to get our content marketing strategy going. Now we work together on finding good topics and write our blog posts ourselves. Their help on optimizing the posts has been priceless to say the least. We have also been working on improving are activity around all our social media accounts including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and there's been a big increase in traffic from those sources in a short time. Blu Mint's team has also worked hard to increase the amount of valuable backlinks to our website.

From the vendors side there have been three people involved with our project. Our main contact now is their CEO but the COO and Head of Content and PR have been helping us a lot as well. I love that I always feel like a top priority when meeting with them and they also motivate me to work harder in achieving our goals.

We are now ranking on the first pages with our main keywords and the rankings continue to grow every month. SEO takes time but we have already achieved so much in less than 8 months. The traffic on our website as well as the number of our online inquires have increased significantly. Our blog is getting noticed more as a valuable content source and the number of our social media followers increases every day.

We have great cooperation with the team and they are always there for us. We are communicating almost every day via Skype or email and get feedback on our performance on a monthly basis. We also try to meet up with the CEO every week to to discuss our progress so far and make plans for the new week.

Although we haven't had any previous experience with SEO service providers, the cooperation with Blu Mint has been excellent and set the bar very high for us. We had 41 members of the chamber when we started the project, and we’ve since grown to 62 members. Their hard work and suggestions have helped to improve the chamber's visibility, and members have noticed that we're doing more and taking a more active role in supporting the chamber and its events.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager asked me to use Slack as a communication tool. Information exchanges were very quick, and set deadlines were met. Overall, we’re very pleased with the communication and time management.

I was very impressed by their knowledge and the speed of their execution.

The chamber uses a Wix website. At the beginning of the project, the vendor didn't have very much experience with the CMS of this website platform. They decided that they wanted to learn more about the platform and eventually became very knowledgeable about it.

They provide advice on how to put them into future blog posts, which our we write internally. Blu Mint Digital also manages backlinking, which they do with a few of their partners, including the local chamber of commerce. They’ve even bought a few expired domains to do backlinking from. They have full access to our site, optimizing it and adding meta tags. We’ve worked together to create some hashtags for our social media accounts, too.

Our online accounts are still in their infancy but our follower count has over tripled since Blu Mint came on board to support us. They've been a great help.
