Trialfacts Brand Refresh
Trialfacts was ready to grow — and to do that they needed a brand refresh.
Using their highly specialised research and data, Trialfacts connects participants and researchers in the clinical trial industry. To take the next step in their expansion they engaged us to create a complete brand overhaul.
Their current branding looked outdated, with inconsistent asset use across platforms. With goals to move into the ever-expanding biotech and pharma clinical trial markets, they needed a brand that matched their ambition.
Taking our Brandmark to Trial
We started by creating a suite of options for the new brandmark. The new brandmark pays homage to their previous design with bright colours and a DNA style logo with a modern touch.
The end results are an instantly recognisable brand with a clean typeface and timeless logo.
Scientific Synergy with Informative Iconography
We also designed a suite of iconography to be incorporated across both website and collateral. This included complete brand guidelines which ensures brand consistency throughout all their print, website and digital platforms.
Our website mockup shows the new iconography and branding working seamlessly together for a completely bold new look. Their new brand highlights what makes Trialfacts different — guaranteed results in a friendly, approachable package.

Suzuki Brand Advertising
Legendary motorcycle makers Suzuki needed digital and traditional brand design that matched their beautiful engineering. Having already completely redesigned their website, we needed to create an array of collateral to support their new visual branding. It wasn’t enough to simply display the products, but to draw attention to the level of detail and expertise that goes into making every bike. We needed to create print and digital assets that matched the precision engineering in their motorcycles.

Real Estate Brand Refresh
Boutique real estate agency Meadows Property Group (MPG) was in need of a major brand refresh to be reflected across an extensive amount of collateral.
We developed brand design which we then implemented seamlessly, from updating their logo design to rolling out print collateral, their corporate profile, stationery and brochures. Having these considered designs in physical form adds a level of sophistication and elegance to any brand, but this was particularly suitable for MPG.
Not only this, we also built their new website and have curated their organic social feed, embodying the same crisp and professional aesthetic that is a cornerstone of their brand personality. To launch their new brand design and website we delivered a strategic and effective launch campaign across their socials to introduce MPG’s new look to both new existing customers.

Wellness Brand Design
Otopia Wellness offers plant-based products with powerful benefits to keep women healthy, sexy and glowing. We helped them get ready for their O so exciting launch!
Otopia were launching their new business with the brand, website and collateral already designed and ready to go. But what they really needed was an outside perspective on their existing brand before going to launch. Sometimes it takes a different set of expert eyes to see the best approach.

Wilson One Branding
The Wilson One card is a new offering from Wilson One, a sub-brand of Wilson Parking. Our visual depictions, copy, bespoke illustrations, and eye-catching stationery concepts demonstrated ease of use and promoted the lifestyle opportunities and aspirations associated with using the card.

Cafe Launch Branding
The opening of the new Burwood Brickworks complex is an exciting moment in Melbourne’s retail history, and we wanted café Norwood to celebrate that. We incorporated both bricks and coffee into the brand design to signify the brand’s caffeinated offering and proudly showcase the exciting new location.

Disability Support Service Brand Design
Monkami has been committed to providing support services to people with disabilities and their families since 1956. Following a recent refresh in their service model, they wanted a new look and narrative to drive their brand into the future.
It was clear that Monkami wanted their new branding to be a total departure from current industry convention. With this in mind, we developed a new, more contemporary brandmark to represent movement, dynamism, and vitality. A clear and powerful brand story provided further support for their brand’s shift, making a strong, positive statement about their identity and ability as a company.

Brewery Packaging Design
Diamond Creek’s newest brewpub Golden Hills Brewery came to us with an established logo that needed to translate perfectly to their product packaging. They were specifically after a minimal and modern look to help their cans stand out on the fridge shelf.
Taking this into consideration, we chose to give each can its own distinct colour. This would help distinguish between products while allowing the range to stand together as a bright, rainbow collection.

Staffing Agency Brand Design
For this Sydney-based staffing agency, the name Black Diamond didn’t initially hold any significance. After engaging with us, we were able to breathe new meaning and a fresh design into their brand.
In the brand story, we outlined how the best concepts require expert execution, and that comes down to people. Just like a deck of cards to a magician, without the right tools, the magic just isn’t possible. That’s where Black Diamond steps in. They specialise in one thing and one thing only: brand amplification.

Health Food Product Packaging
Specialty ancestral health staple brand Cell Squared were ready to disrupt the health food space with their unique branding and quality products. It was up to us to ensure they had the best health food product packaging to make an impact.
Our team worked diligently to guarantee their packaging and product offering were totally unique to their competitors, while still retaining a lot of vital information on each health staple. This resulted in a collection of bags and jars unlike anything else on the market, perfectly capturing their brand’s science-meets-tradition ethos.

Window Company Rebrand
Steel Window Design are a Melbourne-based manufacturer whose beautiful creations feature in homes throughout Australia and have been showcased in publications such as Vogue Living and Home Beautiful.
We worked with the team to create a restrained brandmark, icon and colour palette which allow their product to be the hero. We also developed brand guidelines to help the team maintain consistent brand messaging and tone of voice throughout their brand collateral, website and social media. A sophisticated brand to complement a timeless product.

Merrymen Cafe Brand Design
The owners of Hampton’s newest cafe, Merrymen, came to us with a name but no branding or solid identity. The coffee-fanatic duo were inspired by Robin Hood, so we drew inspiration from Sherwood Forest and the cafe’s location alike to create a new brand identity to launch the cafe.
We came up with a new tagline worthy of their legendary outlaw hero: “Coffee for the people”. This was anchored in a forest green brand design set with a Bayside-inspired pine tree and ocean waves to speak to both the name’s heritage and the local area.

MTA Mortgage Brokers Brand Design
Bellman helped reshape MTA Mortgage Broker's brand design to better communicate their difference. The elevated logo of an isometric home references how MTA Mortgage Brokers want their clients to focus on their home, not their home loan. The lively, versatile colour palette and engaging collateral further reflect their point of difference.

Figurehead Rebrand
Figurehead’s new logo serves as a homage of the original brand name.
A figurehead is a symbol of quality that protects and guides a ship throughout its journey, so a lion was chosen as a metaphor for Figurehead’s focused and dedicated approach to everything they do. Much like a badge of honour, it’s a testament to the quality of their work and a constant reminder of the dedication and pride exemplified by each and every employee.
We delivered a brand design to be rolled out across signage, business cards, uniforms, letterheads and digitally.

Brand Naming, Design & Packaging for Cinch
The name Cinch sums up how simple the moisturising product is to use, while the beautifully feminine yet practical branding is a perfect match for the skincare brand’s personality and aspirations.
The Cinch packaging was designed to be clean and impactful to stand out on a bathroom shelf or in a handbag.

Cakeagram Design & Packaging
Cakeagram is a brand with fun and joy at its core. Drawing from the brand’s rebellious attitude whilst promoting their signature food — cakes that looked as sweet as they tasted — was a welcome challenge.
We created branding that boasted a vibrant colour palette and dynamic patterns to communicate the non-traditional Cakeagram spirit across both packaging and vehicle signage.

Brand Design for Stomp!
Copywriting and content brand Stomp! was in need of brand design that was modern, fresh, and young. We created a quirky logo and colour palette featuring soft yet bold tones that dance (or stomp!) to the beat of their own drum.

Packaging Design for Tea Drop
Bellman worked with Tea Drop to create playful packaging for their new range of ice tea. Our designers had fun creating illustrative packaging designs with a distinct summery feeling, inspired by the ingredients in each blend.

Qualitas Brand Redesign & Digital
Bellman helped with an entire brand refresh.
First by evolving the previous logo into a strong icon that represented the firm partnerships formed by Qualitas. The thoughtful, understated, refined website and stationery was designed to appeal to Qualitas’ high-end financial market.
Rolling the design out digitally helped Qualitas speak to the right audience.

Rebrand & Brand Collateral for Accent
With the concept that windows and doors are to the home as what eyes are to the body, a new brandmark was designed that represents the refraction of light in the human eye. A new style was then developed and rolled out across all brand collateral, stationery and signage.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re in the health and wellness sector. We’re a startup company, and we’ve just launched two protein powders. I’m a co-founder.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bellman Brand Agency?
We started about 12 months ago with product development. My colleagues and I then thought of moving on to our branding. We knew what direction we wanted to go, how we wanted to be perceived within the health and wellness industry, who our target audience was, and all those sorts of things. However, we couldn’t bring it together. We got to a point where we needed help, and we came across Bellmand Brand Agency (Bellman).
What was the scope of their involvement?
When we first went to Bellman, we needed help with our voice and branding. Our main focus was our brand story because having the right voice is really important today.
We already had our content and logo, but our website needed some attention. We had created the template and photos, but there were just a few things tied to the brand story and voice. They went on, refined it for us, and made it a lot better.
Basically, they’ve created brand awareness and we’re now in the next phase. We currently have them working on our social media. To help us, they’re starting to redo all our ads on Facebook and Instagram, following our brand awareness campaign.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with a brand manager, a copywriter, and an illustrator. Those three people have been key to what we’ve got now. We’re now working with somebody else in another department to do all the Facebook and social media campaigns; she’s also fantastic.
Probably in total, we’ve mainly been in contact with five people within the agency, but I don’t know who else is working on it behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with Bellman Brand Agency?
I searched on Google and they came up. It was actually myself who went ahead and decided we wanted to go with them. I was really impressed with their website, their past clients, and the work that they’d done.
When I reached out to them, they were so quick to respond and just so efficient. I had them call me, and they had a Zoom meeting with me and my brand manager. We had that meeting the day after I contacted them, while one of the other agencies contacted me six weeks later, so the difference with them was just like night and day.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, it’s been around $35,000–$40,000 AUD (approximately $27,000–$31,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
I reached out to them earlier this year, so we’ve been with them since January 2021. We’re still working with Bellman on our social media on a quarterly basis, so I can’t see any foreseeable ending at the moment.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I get feedback all the time from people that saw our brand. From our website to ads, social media, printed brand content, and more, people have given us awesome feedback on everything. Furthermore, my colleagues and I absolutely love the brand and what they’ve done with it. We couldn’t be happier.
As far as metrics, we’re starting to get them since they’ve just started coming through our Facebook Ads and so on. It’s still very positive, and we’re definitely making traction.
How did Bellman Brand Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been fantastic. When we called them, we basically gave them 3–4 weeks to have everything ready for us to launch. We were asking them to finish our website, tie our brand together, and clean it up, so we were on a very tight schedule.
Within a few days of the deadline, they had produced everything we wanted. They were awesome. We didn't have to make almost any changes; they understood the brief perfectly and when they sent us stuff to approve, there were very small changes. At the end of the day, they got up, got our brand and brief, understood it, and nailed it.
To communicate, we’ve only used emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re as passionate about our brand as we are, which has really resonated. They’ve been very connected to what we want to do. It hasn’t been like we’ve got a brand manager who is connected and then the rest of the team isn’t. The illustrator, copywriter, brand manager — the whole team understands what we want. There isn’t one person who isn’t in tune with what we’re trying to do. Honestly, I believe that’s the biggest reason why working with them has been a success so far.
Also, we continue to be successful because they just evolve with us, and we deeply appreciate our relationship with them. They just understand us and connect with us, so they’re great to work with. Without their expertise, we wouldn’t have come out with what we have now.
Are there any areas they could improve?
At this point, I can’t think of anything at the top of my head. We’ve had a great experience with Bellman. They’ve been awesome to work with, they’ve met our demands, and they’ve done it tenfold.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
The biggest thing is to be very clear on what you want as a brand. Be clear on your vision and give examples. When we approached them, we gave them brands that inspired us and that we sort of wanted to be like. If you’re clear in your brief and vision and give as much detail as you can, they can produce what you’re after.

Print & Digital Branding for Real Estate Complex
"They're easy to work with when we need to make changes."

The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
We're a real estate agency positioned mainly in residential property and land sales, with occasional commercial property sales. We also manage rental properties.
For what projects/services did your company hire Bellman Brand Agency?
We hired Bellman Brand Agency to design marketing assets for a new estate.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to establish our property as a high-quality estate and achieve full residency in the shortest time possible.
How did you select this vendor?
We found five vendors based on pricing, delivery, and previous work. We chose Bellman Brand Agency because of their "no hidden cost" pricing and previous projects. Since they also offered Emote Digital marketing services, we knew that we wouldn't need to switch to another company.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
They have designed a logo, marketing brochure, and landing page. They also create print advertising, signage and concept design for the display suite. We're planning for them to help us with digital advertising as well. We tell them what we want to do, and they approve and execute it.
What was the team composition?
We work closely with the director and project manager, who work with the creative team and the printing company.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since this project has yet to officially launch, we can't provide outcomes.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Communication is easy. They assigned a project manager, so we just work with her. They respond to emails within a few days and easily clarify issues on the phone. Throughout the duration of this project, we have only met four times in-person. There are no hassles.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I appreciate their commitment. They're easy to work with when we need to make changes.
Are there any areas for improvement?
They're a great company but are new to the real estate business. It would be great if they better understood how other agencies have successfully launched land sales projects.

Branding and Web Dev for a Raw Material Distributing Company
"Bellman Brand Agency is highly creative and not afraid to push boundaries."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the managing partner of Natrio, a global raw material supplier and distribution company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bellman Brand Agency?
Our presence in each country had its own brand, name, website, and communication. We engaged Bellman Brand Agency to integrate those divisions into a global brand. We also needed help ensuring that we could seamlessly communicate across different languages, cultures, and restrictions around the world.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Bellman Brand Agency first created a website and brand materials for a local Australian entity. The team then went on to lead a global marketing and branding change for our company, integrating all groups into one brand worldwide. They made our logo, advertising, t-shirts, pens, brand folders, and promotional items.
Their team also redid all company websites from scratch. They built four different websites for four regions, and each site has two versions to support two languages in each region. Bellman Brand Agency convinced us to integrate modern features despite our conservative culture and B2B focus. They showed us how to make our raw material products appealing as part of our global and reliable brand. At the same time, they respected our desire to remain low-key and non-flashy in our marketing.
Bellman Brand Agency continue to monitor our LinkedIn ads and website analytics. As we build two new facilities in Australia, their team is coordinating the marketing and branding for the launch.
What is the team composition?
I directly interact with 3–4 people.
How did you come to work with Bellman Brand Agency?
I don’t remember how we came to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $150,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in September 2013, and the collaboration is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We won awards for the first website they built for us. Our new global brand also received worldwide acceptance. We’ve only received praise for the new logo, site, and emails.
How did Bellman Brand Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
Their communication is excellent. We’ve kept in touch with Boyd (Director, Bellman Brand Agency) throughout the project; he’s been actively involved in our account since the start. Also, despite being a small agency, their team offers specialists in each field, including brand and web work.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Bellman Brand Agency is highly creative and not afraid to push boundaries. These traits make them stand out from other vendors we’ve worked with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
My only complaint is that, in the first month, the website experienced small glitches. We worked together with Bellman Brand Agency to make sure it didn’t happen again. It now runs perfectly.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Inform them of your goals, budget and time restrictions, and business. Then trust their ideas and their expertise in marketing, exposure, and branding.
Internal and external stakeholders have praised what Bellman Brand Agency has done with the brand. Their team is knowledgeable and passionate about their work. They’re able to produce deliverables that meet the brief perfectly under tight deadlines. Customers can expect a great working relationship.
