I’m the general manager of Logochi, an architectural and construction company that creates plans for complex buildings throughout the US.

What challenge were you trying to address with Awsmd?

We didn’t have a website and wanted one to showcase our portfolio to potential leads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Awsmd did UI/UX design and developed a website for us. Initially, we met with their creative director to discuss the deliverables. We also provided them with our branding, including our colors, logo, and look and feel, for them to start the design phase. In addition, we sent them references from our competitors’ websites.

From there, Awsmd put together a proposal for the website’s look, and we had many back-and-forth sessions with them. Once the design was finished, Awsmd started the development process. They created a simple website for us and added our portfolio. The team used Figma for design and Webflow for development.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The project’s goal was reached; thanks to Awsmd’s work, we’re now showcasing our portfolio. The site helps us build relationships with our customers and convert leads. We generated over 30 leads through the website in the first month. 

Awsmd put together a very nice website for us. I was impressed with how quickly they completed the design phase — in about three weeks. Overall, the quality of their work was excellent.

They provided us with estimates and a timeline for the project. Awsmd used the Scrum methodology, which they successfully implemented during the project. As a result, the team finished the website on time and met the budget. 

For the most part, we communicated through Google Meet and emails. As for project management tools, we used Trello.

The biggest advantage of working with Awsmd was easy communication. Moreover, the result reflected their expertise; they helped us bring our idea to life.

I don’t think there was anything they needed to improve — they were good.

We used Slack for most communication, though we also used email. Additionally, we had regular calls with Awsmd and tracked the budget. The team stayed on budget and met the proposed deadline.

We already had a map of our website’s functionality, so we first had a discovery phase to design the entire functionality, which included brainstorming sessions. During those sessions, Awsmd came up with ideas to improve the website design and UX. Additionally, they did research and studied user roadmaps.

After the discovery phase, Awsmd created a concept design for the actual site, to which we agreed and continued to refine. Then, they designed its UI/UX and developed it from scratch, using Figma and React.js as the main technologies.

We asked Awsmd for a fresh look and to improve the site’s digital experience. They created an easy user journey that even users with no financial background can understand. The development process with Awsmd was straightforward and efficient. They helped us develop new features and streamline our site’s usability.
