I’m the founder and CMO of My Source of Health, a national medical center that focuses on functional, integrative, and regenerative medicine.
What challenge were you trying to address with Avintiv Media?
We hired them to redesign our site and improve SEO.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They rebuilt our entire WordPress site from scratch. They’ve done all the coding for our site and have created UX that is easy to navigate. Our platform is well-organized so content is digestible. We completely rebranded as well, so Avtintiv Media redesigned the logo and colors as well. They created a whole branding board that includes typography and font hierarchy. Then they did keyword research and wrote blog content to improve SEO.

The website has exceeded our expectations. In terms of SEO, they’re crushing it. They’re a boutique so they provide personalized attention for each of their clients. The design process was great; it was a very collaborative effort and it really felt like they were part of our team.
How did Avintiv Media perform from a project management standpoint?
Timeliness was very important to me, so they were dedicated to finishing the project by the projected date of completion. They also provided monthly reports on what they were working on and what bugs needed to be fixed.
We used Google Drive to share information. We also used Zoom and email because it was very simple and efficient. Monica was great at organizing everybody.
During the initial design process, we had regularly scheduled meetings. Now that they’re just working on SEO, we meet about once a month to go over the report.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was very impressed with the attention to detail they showed when working on the backend. They developed creative solutions that met Google’s standards.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Of course, we would have liked the project to be done sooner, but that’s not completely realistic.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would definitely recommend them; you’ll definitely get your money’s worth. Of course, it probably helps if your company is up and running for a bit first so you have some capital. On top of that, you need to have an idea of what you want. They’ll help you fine-tune it so you get the best outcome.

I’m the co-owner of Goat Grass CBD and I run operations.
What challenge were you trying to address with Avintiv Media?
We needed a boost and a facelift for our brand. The business is about helping people sleep and improving overall health, and we felt we weren’t delivering that through our existing materials.
Our logo, packaging, and labels were designed by a different company and we weren’t happy with the quality. We wanted to be more modern and get more brand recognition.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They built our brand. Jon (CEO) and his team did market research, polling our target audience, and showing us how far short of the mark we actually were. The team gave us huge corrections on the logo, the colors, and a mission statement.
They also helped us with social media marketing and even did some product shots with digital mockups. It felt like we received a year’s worth of information in just one meeting with Avintiv Media.

Jon kept us informed along the way regarding his progress with the SEO. We also had a timeline that tracked when tasks were completed. If they had any questions or concerns that needed our input they would just contact us via email, text, or phone call.
For our meetings, Jon scheduled everything via email and Google Calendar, keeping everything professional.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I would say their brand-building was the most impressive aspect of the project. They still wow me in terms of brand recognition, logos, web development, and marketing. I sent referrals to other people in my network regarding Avintiv Media’s services and they were equally wowed as well.

I’m the general manager at Global Thermoforming. We're a terraforming plastics company, and we basically specialize in the automotive, aerospace, and medical industry. We make a lot of plastic parts for those industries. We’ve been in business for over 30 years now.

We’ve been doing business for a very long time, but we hadn’t put a lot of effort into our website. We wanted people to know what we were capable of and wanted a website that would highlight those capabilities.

Things are going extremely well. They initially quoted for 5–6 months for the website redesign, but they managed to finish it in three months. The website’s overall design and layout are really simple, but it looks very good, not only for us but to our customers.
How did Avintiv Media perform from a project management standpoint?
We have a recap and a meeting once a month where they explain what the team is going to be working on next. They make sure to keep me up-to-date.
Before the pandemic, we would meet in person. I sometimes go to them and sometimes they come to my plant for tours. For the first 2–4 months, we conducted the meetings in person. Now, we’ve just been doing some calls and conference calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Everything they say, they do, which I very much respect. They've managed to surpass my expectations and they continue to do so.

If I’m going to be supercritical, I would just say that they could reach out more to me. They could ask for a little bit more information.

I needed branding services and a website for my new matchmaking company.

The engagement started with a discovery process and market research. The team wrote a report on cost estimates, growth potential, and competitors. I met the founder and CEO, who led Avintiv’s efforts to build my company from scratch. They designed the website to reflect the clientele, which they identified through research and our 30-40 item matchmaking questionnaire.
