What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Following the implementation of AI automation by Atomify, we’ve seen a significant improvement in our service quality. The initial response time on Telegram and Instagram has been reduced to just a few seconds, operating 24/7. The AI successfully handles over 80% of routine inquiries regarding our product range (Tyvek wristband availability, color options, and materials), allowing our sales managers to focus on large wholesale orders. 
We’ve also noted an increase in conversion rates from inquiry to sale, as customers now receive information instantly without waiting for an operator. Thanks to the AI assistant, the manual workload on our sales team has decreased by approximately 60%–70%, as the system now handles all initial and repetitive inquiries. 
We’ve recorded a 15%–20% increase in conversion rates, primarily because customers receive instant responses 24/7, including during non-working hours and weekends. The response time for incoming inquiries has dropped from tens of minutes (waiting for an agent) to less than 10 seconds.
We’ve received very positive feedback from our customers. They consistently highlight the convenience and speed of obtaining information via Telegram and Instagram. Are there any areas they could improve?

We’re completely satisfied with the results. However, in the future, we’d love to see more bold and experimental ideas from the team. We’re very open to innovations and new formats, whereas the Atomify team tends to stick to proven, "sure-fire" solutions to guarantee our 100% satisfaction. While we appreciate this cautious approach, we’re ready for more daring experiments together.
