This encompassed the complete spectrum of our solution, ranging from crafting the administrative iteration to tailoring the end-user interface, empowering them to seamlessly access and leverage the full spectrum of functionalities through the dedicated app.

They provided consultancy services for an important migration of a productive services oriented application to the cloud, specifically AWS. The services included training and support. They key deliverables where the training section and after that guidance and leadership regarding the actual implementation.

The training provided by Applica was extremely targeted and swift, enabling us to initiate the design of subsequent phases without wasting any time. The project involved a critical implementation that demanded profound expertise to devise the solution, execute necessary changes, and meticulously measure timings to ensure seamless operation of the production systems. 

Throughout the process, the end customer closely monitored our progress, making it our primary objective to guarantee the successful execution of the implementation

The delivery was right on time, they used an agile methodology, estimulating continuous feedback, so our needs were consistently addressed.

They are a solid team with expertise in each area, and they have plenty of resources to be assigned to the project. Throughout the entire process, we were confident in the project's ultimate success due to the high level of dedication displayed by everyone involved.

Currently, I can't come up with anything specific to improve; they are a progressive company and are handling things appropriately with great dynamism. However, a potential enhancement could be in the documentation provided for the trainings. Although it wasn't inadequate, having some cheat sheets readily available during the transition to the actual production implementation could prove beneficial.
