Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a Head of Marketing Department at Gotoinc, located in Ukraine. Gotoinc is an effective Ukrainian software agency that provides development services in Ruby on Rails, Vue.js & React. Our exceptional approach to work includes favorable conditions for cooperation, timely execution of tasks, provision of technical advice, very high-quality service, prompt response, strict fulfillment of the undertaken obligations. In the course of work, the client receives prompt and professional coordination of all issues, providing documentation and all necessary information on the project.

For what projects/services did your company hire AimPlanAct?

Our company has only been in existence for four years. During this time we have successfully closed a huge number of projects, but marketing was not our priority, this year we decided to change our approach to Digital Marketing and because it had to be built from scratch, we needed the help of professionals like AimPlanAct.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to completely build our communication system and create an approach to customers so that our existing and future new customers would really understand what makes us special and different from other competitors. We also needed to address existing channels such as the website, redesign it, and develop the right tone of voice and create a brand passport.

How did you select AimPlanAct?

Our CEO had already had experience in consulting with this company and when the choice was between AimPlanAct and others, we unanimously decided that we would like to consult with this particular company. We did our research on the price, quality of services offered in this market and came to the conclusion that AimPlanAct is the best combination of the above-mentioned ways.

Describe the project in detail.

Once we selected this vendor, we had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. Within the first two weeks, we received our goals and start to develop our plan and work on objectives, e.g. - write key values, choose the right positioning, etc.

What was the team composition?

We assigned Marina Babich as our marketing consultant to achieve our goals. And we did! I was satisfied by the process of work and our result.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within 2 months we build our fundamental marketing artifacts, such as positioning, mission, vision, etc. We finish our new content for the Corporate Website and create a funnel of lead generation and promotion channels.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our assigned marketing consultant communicated easily with us and gave us frequent updates. We communicated at Google meetings at least once a week and used Telegram as an additional communication channel. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of this company.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was pleasantly impressed with the experience, the amount of knowledge, and the systematic approach to work in this company. Our goals and marketing strategy for the company were built in a few months. We will also continue on this plan and we are sure that in case of point issues we will turn only to AimPlanAcy

Are there any areas for improvement?

We were completely satisfied with the quality of the work.

We established our agency 2 years ago and had no marketing activity, so we were invisible to our potential customers. Moreover, we had no clue how to start our promotion. We needed a marketing strategy and marketing experts.

To have a marketing strategy.

How did you select this vendor?

We didn't know how to find a PROPER marketing expert, google wasn't the way. So we visited some IT events and attended to several marketing lectures. One of the speakers was Marina, CEO of AimPlanAct. In her lecture, she described namely our problem and how to deal with it. After that, we met with her and decided to proceed with her help

We started our project with a deep research of our competitors. This way we understood our strengths and weaknesses, which gave us the vision of our future steps. After a competitive field, we researched ourselves, our customers and projects. This gave us the understanding regarding the values we give our customers along with the excellent UX and UI expertise.

After series of workshops we found our unique positioning, differentiation and created a slogan, to achieve better brand recognition. After this job was done we got the marketing plan, which helps us to achieve our goals within the budget

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Now we have a strategy, we have tools, we built USP and positioning, we know how to ACT for the nearest year. And we have a really good website that 100% suits our expertise and our target audience. And we now market and our competitors that is priceless!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We are very demanding about the quality of the process, because we ourselves pay a lot of attention to relations with our clients. But with Marina there was nothing to complain, it was a truly flawless process. Marina was (and is) always in touch.

We met weekly and she conducted series workshops. She sent us staus updates regularly, so we always knew where we are. Also, she prepared a number of absolutely clear documents.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their experience, their deep understanding of the field. And they are able to think really big!

Are there any areas for improvement?

Always there's something to improve. But I can't say anything specific. All was good, indeed
