I'm the CEO and co-founder of Anadea, a custom software development and IT consulting company.

For what projects/services did your company hire AimPlanAct?

We needed a new marketing strategy to grow the company, increase the revenue and eventually build a new in-house marketing department. The main challenge was to showcase our company’s vast experience, to become prominently visible to the potential customers. Our needs were bigger than a standard marketing strategy could cover, as we needed to put together overall company strategy, as well marketing and sales strategy.

We hired Maryna to help us to define and describe overall company growth strategy and then derive from it and implement the appropriate marketing and sales strategy.

We were lucky to have Maryna herself as our main and only consultant.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The marketing strategy was defined based on Maryna’s research and valuable input. And then Maryna helped us to implement the strategy and in parallel she helped us to interview and hire members for the future marketing and sales team. Maryna proved to be a great mentor for the bright new team members who adored her.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Maryna is an IT consultant Anadea can never dream about! It was a pleasure to work with her! Maryna helped Anadea to identify growth opportunities by working closely with the Marketing & Sales departments. Our communication with Maryna was smooth and effective. Beyond regular scheduled meetings Maryna was always there for us when needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Maryna’s superpower is in the ability to guide you through the process without giving the ready-made solutions, but with a “learn by doing” approach. They were very experienced and competent professionals, and what is more important, mentoring is a gift, and she is certainly gifted.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

World needs more people such as Maryna.
