What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Before engaging with adMind, we had no Google Analytics reporting, but now we have a sophisticated tracking system. Having an executive resource that pulls the correct data from five different properties is huge. Their team does all of the legwork for us, even setting up funnels.
We truly value adMind as a team of experts. Now that they’re familiar with our business, their team quickly gets to the bottom of things and provide suggestions. They’re currently developing a proprietary software that’s in the beta stages, but we hope to be involved in it.
How did adMind perform from a project management standpoint?
From a project management standpoint, they’re excellent. They use Wrike to keep our tasks aligned, but we also have a monthly project list. They’re proactive, keeping an open line of communication for us. When they provide suggestions, they let us know the benefits in a lingo everyone internally can understand.
While we don’t use them for PPC, Stephanie is an expert in that field. We often come to her with questions that she happily answers. They’re also helpful when it comes to managing our budget with monthly goals. Their team would alert me if we were in danger of going over budget.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re a smaller business in Minnesota that enjoys doing business with similar companies. The team at adMind dedicates their time to know their customers, tailoring their efforts to fit their needs. I love that about them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They’re offering new services, which is exciting. We’ve been asking them to start monitoring the health of our site to find any anomalies that are hard to uncover. That was the one thing that was lacking, but it won’t be for long.

Put in the effort, especially when it comes to the weekly calls. Our team is dedicated to being prepared to get the most out of it. Go and use their beautiful reports to get your money’s worth.
