We first had two programmers working 50% each, but our CTO was not content with the deliveries of one of them while the other one delivered well and was also willing to learn new methods. The aim was to program the front end of our product and work towards alpha version which is soon to be ready. We do one part of the product at a time and finish that - then we start the next one, rather than working in sprints. 300Brains reacted fast and well to our complaints about one of the programmers not being experienced enough and took him off the post - and increased the other one to 100%.

Alpha version and parts of that, when they are finished (like parts of a puzzle) are presented to us via our CTO.

Our CTO is the employee's manager- he has done excellent work and great management with timely deliveries.

I think that they perhaps oversold the programmer who we had to let go - he did not turn out to be an experienced programmer - as we were told he was - according to our CTO.
