Reliance Jio needs no introduction. It is one of India's largest mobile network providers, amongst a host of other services. As a company, Jio regularly comes up with innovative products, which go through an extensive cycle of pitching, approval, market testing before being officially launched. One such product we worked on was Jio Gate. Reliance Jio approached us to create a presentation/publication that could

project the benefits and data points for the product in an easy to understand + visual way.

The challenge was more than just creating a presentation deck, it was about making the data points extremely easy to comprehend. Riding on Jio's brand language and aligning with their philosophy, the final outcome was an aesthetic deck that generated curiosity and showcased the intricate text wonderfully.

CNBC partnered with 3 minds digital to design a set of new publications. CNBC publishes close to 300 novels/year. Each chapter has a special character that was first hand-drawn and then digitized. Care was taken to use vibrant colors, and a darker background on which they stood out.

Brawny Bear is India’s 1st nutrition supplement made from dates, and with an option to be mixed with a variety of products like yogurt, ice cream, milk etc. Our process started with the brand positioning and strategy – understanding the product, trying products already available in the market, creating and articulating the brand seed and then translating it onto everything – From the brand visual language, the bear

character, the illustration style, packaging design, communication etc. We worked closely with the Brawny Bear team to create a brand that would be sophisticated, but with the quirkiness to appeal to a younger demographic and most importantly, a brand that would have the capacity to essentially become a challenger brand! The character, Brawny became the core driving force for the brand. Our illustrative team meticulously molded the characters traits, personality, and visual style to perfection. The final result was a branding that stood way apart in the market, with an extremely good recall value and a strong framework for extending the identity and character across numerous channels.

We hired 3 Minds Digital to design (wireframe & UI/UX design) and develop a recruitment management software from zero.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to ease the method of hiring using new technology. We wanted several advanced features which were missing.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

My team researched on few vendors and in the beginning we were in discussion with 5 vendors. We evaluated their portfolio, reviews, and hold one-to-one meeting. We assigned each vendors a small paid test task to deliver in specified days. During this time, we monitored the way they are responding and their interest level. Post that we evaluated their work and then we selected the vendor.

Once we are done with vendor selection, we did multiple meetings to explore the work scope. We started with strategy, design and then development.

What was the team composition?

There were a total of 6 team members were involved from the vendor's side and continued our work with same team till the delivery of the project.

Within given time, we have our prototype ready to test and launch.
