Co Founder for VVCard.in, a Company which is into Virtual Card Services for Businesses. I am sole responsible for Marketing and Sales of the product as well as client relation.

it was during pandemic when we thought of making this project on our own, while searching for suppliers i got contact of Shri Vikash Mundhra and had an initial word with him about our willingness to make a product which is inspired from many available product yet we wanted to add a personal touch and major changes based on our research on the same.

Vikash ji, asked to come and meet in person once to understand and see its feasibility from our point of view, i must admit it took him less than half and hour to understand the complete project and come up with a fantastic development + marketing plan for the same.

For development we were sure we could get it done anywhere but marketing was a tough call, one to one marketing wasnt feasible option and we needed to reach maximum number of people at our earliest. To my surprise, Vikash ji was not just ready with development plan but also had some fantastic ideas for marketing of product and enhanced reach in minimal time frame.

It was our first face to face meeting, which was expected to be a general meeting for a discussion and then further discussions based on their feedback and plan which we guessed they would take at least a week or so ..

but you might not believe .. Mr Mundhra has some special arts and skills to understand client's requirement, understand the unspoken words and come forward with suggestions for improvement and even further plans for marketing too.

the meeting lasted for about 3 hours in which first half an hour was our introduction to him about the project and what we wanted and followed by his questions to us about the project, more clarity on things, some his suggestions and more over his straightforward approach ..

Sir, we will make the project for you BUT how will you market it if you no plans and that too in this pandemic when one to one meetings are not possible for sometime... once we said we were interested to hear him out if he had some plans, there you go ...

Mr Mundhra came up with manu unique ideas suiting to our product .. our working style and later it got git into our budget too .. Such brilliance .. command over own product, development and the deep insights for marketing .. a deadly and rare combination

We grabbed the opportunity and signed them up ! there wasnt any second thought. Now when we discuss about the project i keep asking him .. who gave you insider information about us and his reply is always same ..

its not about insider information its about being in this field for some 20-25 years, studying not just the business but the behavioral pattern of the client and his team's ability to value add to each and every project .. keeps them ahead of anyone in the market ..

We started with a simple business idea where we had our research of some products available in market and what we wanted, some rought notes and all. Mr Mundhra and his team, took them and made final notes, fair ones with their inputs ..

took sometime to do more research on current market conditions, available solutions in market and what extra benefit they would to this product to make it acceptable for one and all.

While we were largely targeting one segment their team came up with generic solution which we could use for any business that we wishes to.

Once the development process and time line was set up they were ready with marketing plan with Google ads, facebook ads, twitter promotion plans and approximate budgets not just the project was delivered ahead of time,

testing was so thorough at their end that despite trying too hard we could not find bugs which we thought we will be able to find Post delivery, the marketing campaigns started and we were supplied with weekly spend report as well as responses.

While we had most of the dealing with Mr Mundhra himself, We were in touch with total 4 people of their team Mr Mundhra, his Project manager, his QA team head and his accounts department who assisted us with progress of the project,

some basic and some micro level questions on development, testing and yes accounts department was always there to assist with clarification billing or anything that we needed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had two main goals, on time product delivery and reaching out to maximum number of users we can. We are satisfied with both not only that our product was delivered on time rather ahead of schedule, their marketing and SEO managed to make us reach our target audience much faster than we expected.

One would find it hard to believe but in first week we had 500+ inquiries on our product !

their style of working is fantastic, first they will hear you out fully, understand your requirements, read your vision, understand your goals, make a report, do a feasibility study and come back with their inputs ..

make you satisfied with their final note and then start working so that there is No change once the development is started. while they submit weekly report on development, they offered us a toolkit for training to our staff.

We wanted to make sure that we are always in budget and not crossing our spend limits so we insisted on our spending reports, weekly or on certain limits being crossed .. which they did very well, not only this, their study even saved our money,

their suggestions on where to push when to push, when to halt a bit while the backlog of queries over .. overall it was super excellent. due to GST filings we needed to help of their accounts department too a couple of times for some reports and certificates and they too were very prompt and we never had a chance to escalate any issue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability to read the mind of client, the ability to understand the project with an open mind, to hear a client in full and then treating the project as their own baby and coming up with suggestions is the most unique thing i think that they have.

Their thirst for learning more and more about new products, to give their best and always being on schedule is something I really admired. I feel, its very rare to find a team like this who treats your money as their own and spends it very wisely !!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I doubt if there is anything that i would like to suggest them for improvement, still, (I shouldnt be saying this ) if they could relax the payment terms a bit that would be great :D
