Organic words indexation was increased and their indexation amount was increased by 1000%; KW were in top 1 top 2-5 and up to top 10; The new icon gave more conversions compared to the previous one.

Our company has several apps on iOS and Android, we noticed that competitors are paying attention to this, and decided to ask "ZigZag" to increase organic traffic to App Store and Google Play.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We did research on the market and few interviews with candidates on our shortlist. Zigzag team was extremely responsive and proactive, their skills and communication did the job and we decided to establish our partnership.

We iterated on each new country, their experts added new keywords that brought more traffic. We also did some A/B tests with icons and screenshots. We also got recommendations on buying traffic from Apple Search Ads, which was a nice bonus because we didn't pay for it.

We had two ASO specialists working with us, as well as a project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the app mgmt console, we got + 25% in organic traffic, and conversion increased by 3%, which was a consequence of good selection of keywords and A/B tests icons, as for Google Play there growth was even more significant ( about +34% ).

We regularly contacted and talked via Zoom, and received regular reports. There was a feeling of constant communication and support.

Unique turned out to be a compilation of a favorable market price and quality of work, we got a long-lasting result for the future, I think it paid off in less than a month.

Revise price politics in order to get bigger corporate and enterprise clients.

Zigzag`s graphic designers have created quite a number of nice screenshots and icons, and AB tests have proved their effectiveness. Both mobile marketers and ASO specialists worked with us on our clients` projects.

The Zigzag`s team was easily accessible for support, both via telegram and email. The Zigzag`s hourly rates are good value-for-money.

BACKGROUND

I am the CTO at a manufacturing company, that produces street furniture and facade panels from high performance concrete.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

Our clients reported poor understanding of our product when getting the information online. By that moment we were only having a social media page of our company. We needed to achieve improved fuctionality in storing and arranging visual and text content relating our product. Also the download feature was required.

SOLUTION

First, we selected references, discussed our vision of the website and got several recommendations from the project manager. In cooperation with Zigzag we worked-up the approximate layouts of full and mobile versions. Since we didn’t know at once which the website should be, it has been updated and enhanced several times after launch. We only communicated with the project manager, but the team working on our project also includes two front end and two back end developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Once the website was launched, we started receiving positive feedback from the customers. The information about our company and product is really comprehensive, downloads are available. We were impressed by the willingness of Zigzag to implement our unusual project, flexibility of the team, especially the ASO specialist, ability to work under pressure.
