Zeurons AI initially started with a few small automation pilots to help us build confidence. Once those proved successful, we then went on to scale our automation efforts across departments. They helped us transition from isolated bots to a full intelligent automation framework that now spans over 120 processes.

Key deliverables included bots for order confirmations, vendor mismatch resolution, discount alerts, duplicate document cleanup, and several SAP finance workflows. They also introduced OCR technology for semi-structured document reading, which added another layer of intelligence to our automations. Everything was integrated with SAP and managed through a centralized orchestrator.

Since working with Zeurons AI, we’ve automated over 1.6 million transactions with a 97.5% success rate. This has saved us more than 5,000 workdays and has had a major impact on team morale and productivity. We also saw significant improvements in invoice accuracy, faster order processing, and better financial reporting. In short, the automation program has become a core part of how we operate.

Early in the engagement, some of our internal process documentation lacked detail, which caused a few back-and-forths during development. While Zeurons was proactive in asking the right questions and helping us clarify those gaps, having a more formal discovery or process-mapping session up front could have saved time. That’s something we both adjusted as the project matured, and later phases ran much more smoothly because of it.

Zeurons AI delivered a full-scale, intelligent automation solution for our accounts receivable (AR) payment posting process in eCW. The project began with an in-depth analysis of our ERA and EOB workflows across multiple payer systems. Based on that, they designed and built a UiPath-based bot that completely automated the following steps:

1.      ERA Extraction: Bot logs into our payer portals and extracts unposted ERAs.

2.      ERA Processing: It opens each ERA, captures payment IDs, and matches them with the correct patient claims.

3.      Payment Entry: The system enters payment details into eCW accurately, referencing the ERA and EOB.

4.      Claim Status & CPT Verification: It validates billing codes, claim status, and records CPT codes automatically.

5.      Automated Posting & Reconciliation: Payments are posted into eCW, records updated, and exceptions flagged.

6.      Audit Trail & Reporting: Every action is logged with full traceability and real-time reporting.
